I was woken rather abruptly by my phone ringing. I answered it with a sleepy frown on my face.

"You better have a good reason for waking me up" I huffed, immediately regretting my choice of words in case Stephanie McMahon or somebody important was calling me. Luckily it wasn't.

"Chill out, sister" It was Saraya. "I was bored then I realised we haven't had any twin time in aaggggessssss!" I rolled my eyes.

"Since when has it been twin time?" I yawned and sat up in bed, my legs hanging over the edge.

"Whatever, meet me in the lobby. I know you take an age to get ready, so I'll give you 30 minutes" She hung up.

I groaned loudly, the whole corridor could probably have heard that but oh well. I hauled myself out of my warm pit and pulled some clothes out of my suitcase.

It was nice having my own room. I decided to get my own when I realised that I couldn't stay with The Shield everytime Saraya had company. So I figured it was easier to get my own, even if she was alone. I enjoyed the solitude.

I threw my clothes on; black jeans and an Avengers T-Shirt. I pulled on my converse and went down to the lobby, after grabbing my phone and shoving it into my pocket.

"About time!" Saraya's voice came from behind me. I turned around and there she was, covered head to toe in black clothing.

"I'm sorry, there seems to be a shadow talking to me" I said sarcastically.

"Hilarious" She snapped. I pulled her head down with my arm and rubbed my knuckles across her head with my other.

"You love me really" I retorted. She hissed at me, flailing her arms around to get me off.

"Ow! Shannon stop it!" I laughed and jumped on her back to lock in a weak sleeper hold instead. Saraya clung onto my arm, pulling at it.

"Get off me!" She growled.

"Never!" I made the hold a little bit tighter.

What made it funnier was that Seth came running over yelling at Saraya, playing ref.

"Do you tap, Paige? What do you say?" He yelled at my struggling sister.

"Tap bitch!" I shouted at her.

"Is this even a proper submission?" She shot at Seth while clawing at my arms. He just shrugged. Saraya growled and I let go when I felt her hand slap harshly against my forearm.

I grinned. Seth came over to me and lifted my arm.

"And the winner of this match, Honey!" I laughed at him, shaking my head.

"I'd whoop your arse in a real match, Shannon" Saraya scoffed.

"Maybe one day we'll find out" Seth said. I shot him a look. Luckily, Saraya didn't notice it.

"Anyway" I turned to Seth "Where's the other two thirds of the musketeers?"

"They were taking an age to get ready so I just left and told them I'd meet them here" He explained. I nodded.

Saraya suddenly flung an arm around my neck and pulled my head against the side of hers.

"If you will excuse us, Two-Tones" She said, I was struggling to keep in a laugh. "Me and little sissy here are going shopping, so we gotta goooo" She didn't give Seth time to respond and was pulling me away from him.

"Bye Seth!" I managed to yell at him before I was yanked out of the hotel lobby. I saw him smile and wave at me, then he turned away.

"I don't trust those Hounds of Justice" Saraya told me.

"You were literally saying how attractive they were a couple of days ago" I said.

"So? They're all hot as fuck I'll give you that, I would bed them all, but there's just something about them that just makes me not want to get involved with them" She shook her head a little.

"I trust them" I admitted.

Saraya scoffed. "Please, Shan. You barely know any of them to trust them"

"And you know them more than I do?" I shot back.

"That's not what I'm sayi-"

"That's what it sounds like to me" I spat.

She rolled her eyes at me. "Forever the drama queen aren't you?" I sent her a glare that she didn't catch. "Anyway, how's your love life doing?"

I wasn't expecting her to ask that, at all. Usually she doesn't care about that with me.

"I went on a date with Dolph yesterday" I informed her.

"Really?" She asked, shock and surprise covering her face.

"Why are you so surprised? I'm an adult that's what I do?" I laughed a little.

"I know, it's just that you've not been on a date since..." She trailed off. She bit her lip, feeling guilty. I chose to ignore the fact she brought Sam up.

"He asked me so I accepted, I mean, he's a nice guy, good-looking, funny, sweet, y'know" I smiled lightly.

"Oooooh, someone's in luuuuurve!" Saraya started to giggle like a school-girl. I blushed hard.

"No I'm not! We've only been out once and I'm not entirely sure if I like him that way anyway!" I rushed out.

"Alright, don't get your panties in a twist!" She said and grabbed hold of my arm. "I plan to shop until your legs fall off!"

Oh great.

My legs were almost off. Honestly. For 6 whole hours, my ray of sunshine twin sister had dragged me around the city, pulling me into every store in sight.

She even made me go into a shop specifically targeted at expectant mothers, which neither of us are. Today wasn't all bad though, it reminded me of how nice Saraya can be. Even if sometimes she wishes I weren't her sister. I thought to myself bitterly.

Ding!

I jumped slightly as my phone vibrated to life in my jean pocket. Quickly, I pulled it out and opened the message.

Dean:
Tick Tock, the clock is ticking Shannon. You gotta make up your mind sometime, sweetheart.

I sighed. I didn't bother to answer Dean's authoritative text and sprawled myself across my hotel bed. I wanted to join The Shield, so so bad. I desperately wanted to stop being an innocent, little push-over and prove to everyone I have the aggression and potential in me to be a Diva's Champion. I didn't want to be the sweet sister anymore, I longed for my own image, my own merchandise. My heart ached for little girls in the crowd to be holding up signs with my name instead of 'Paige'.

I groaned loudly, rubbing my hands over my face. This was such a touchy decision. But I knew what I wanted. I knew that deep down, this is what I had always wanted. It is what I want. And now it's time for me to do it.

Woah, what's going on? I updated? 0_o oh my goodness! anyway yes here y'all go. sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes, I've not read through and I'm too tired rn to do it lmao.
