15. Damon

You and Damon's wedding day.

"Can't believe this is it." I say to my best friend Caroline as she helps me fix my dress up. I stand in front of the mirror admiring how my dress looks and how today it's time for me and Damon to start our lives together, he waited years for this moment for us to get married and for me to finally turn into a vampire to start my life with him.

Caroline nodded, she steps away and looks at me through the mirror, "You look so beautiful Y/N"

I smile at her through the mirror, I grab the hand full of red beautiful roses. I turn around looking at her and nodded, "Thank you for being there for me."

She smiles and nodded slowly, "Are you nervous that tomorrow you're going to be a new person?"

I bit onto my lower lip an slowly nodded, "Yeah I'm not going to be human anymore, I want this." I say softly looking at her.

Caroline looks down at her watch and clears her throat. "It's time Y/N."

I stand to wait for the doors to open for me, I sigh leaning down smelling the flowers. My stomach was filled with butterflies, my body couldn't stop shaking of excitement and nervousness. Finally, the doors open as I walk out slowly hearing the music flow through the room and my family and friends standing up.

Stefan quickly goes beside me as he makes me wrap his arm around his.

"My dad couldn't make it huh?" I whisper to him.

Stefan shakes his head and pats my hand softly, "I'm here for you."

I sigh and nodded looking ahead of me seeing Damon looking at me full of passion and lust, the way every woman would want a man to look at them. I smile at him as we finally ended up standing in front of each other.

Damon reaches his hand up lifting my vail back looking into my eyes.

The priest started to talk, Damon couldn't keep his eyes off of me. I couldn't keep my eyes off of him, he looked so handsome.

Finally the rings came as Damon grabs one of the rings and holding my hand softly and started to say his vows. "I, Damon Salvatore, take you, Y/N Y/L/N, to be my lawful wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, until death do us part." He says softly slipping the ring on my finger.

I grab the ring holding Damon's soft hand, "I, Y/N Y/L/N, take you, Damon Salvatore, to be my lawful husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, until death do us part." I say slipping the ring on his finger.

Soon the priest finally spoke, "You may now kiss the bride."

Damon quickly leans in pressing his tender lips against mine kissing me passionately. This is finally it, me and Damon wanted this and it actually happened...

"Ah be careful" I laugh as Damon carries me into our bedroom that we traveled miles to be in for our honeymoon. We wanted to travel far away from everyone since he wanted time for ourselves and time to teach me his vampire ways when I finally turn.

Damon chuckles gently placing me down on the bed. He bites onto his lower lip and crawls on top of me, he leans down and places kisses all over my face causing me to laugh.

I sit up and lean him up, I grab onto his tuxedo taking it off gently. I stand up and turn around moving my hair to the side for him to zip down my dress.

Damon sighs and takes my zipper slowly taking off my wedding dress. I can feel his warm breath linger against the back of my shoulder. I turn around and step out of dress looking up at him, I start to take off the rest of his clothes.

I sigh wrapping my hands on his neck and tugs onto the back of hair softly pulling him close to me.

Later that night after a long passionate night, I lay on Damon's chest tracing my fingers against his chest in circles. I look up at him and smile slightly and nodded, "I'm ready."

Damon smiles as well looking into my eyes, "Are you positive you want to do this?"

I nodded quickly sure that I want to spend the rest of my life with him as a vampire.

Damon leans his wrist up to his lips and bites onto it, the leans his wrist onto my lips as I softly drink some of his blood. He pulls away and moves my hair to the side, "Okay I'll get you pills, enough of them for you to come back."

Soon, Damon gets me a whole punch of pills for me to drink so I can die and come back as a vampire, I place some pills in my mouth and then drank some water and repeating the process until I knew I had enough to die.

Damon smiles softly running his fingers through my messy hair, "I'll be right here when you wake up darling."

I nodded slowly pulling the covers over me as my vision starts to fade out a bit.

"I love you Y/N"
