Today I'm in New York for Jimmy Fallon. I had to leave the morning after the boys' last concert of the tour.

They're all spending the week with their families. But they're all going to Louis' to watch me tonight. And I'm performing Stone Cold, which makes me even more nervous.

I sit in my makeup chair while Lea straightens my hair. I'm humming to myself, my fingers tapping on the arm of my chair. My phone rings. Louis.

"Hello gorgeous." Louis greets me, making me smile.

"Hey. What's up?" I bite my lip, sighing.

"Just calling to check on you. Nervous yet?"

He knows me so well.

"Uh, yeah. Very." I mumble, burying my face in my hand.

"Don't be. You'll be amazing." Louis says. "When are you getting home?"

"Well, I have this today, and photoshoot tomorrow, and then I think I'm meeting with someone the day after. So I'll be home in four days." I say, glancing at Lea for conformation, which she nods.

"Yeah, sure." Louis says sarcastically. "That's a funny joke."

"Huh?" I ask, confused. Did I miss something?

"You do know your birthday is in three days, right?" Louis asks slowly. I stay silent. "Seriously?"

"I've been busy!" I defend myself, shrugging through I know he can't see me.

"Yeah, I've been busy too but I remember when my birthday is." Louis chuckles. "But you don't have to worry about it. I've got everything planned out."

"Of course you do." I laugh, rolling my eyes. "Babe, I gotta go do sound check. Love you."

"Love you too, bye."

Within a half hour, I'm ready to be interviewed by Jimmy Fallon. Of course I'm nervous, but I always get nervous for everything.

I head on stage, giving Jimmy a hug before sitting down. I smile, crossing my legs.

"It's so great to have you here, Kylie." Jimmy grins. "You're gonna perform for us later."

"Yep." I nod, sighing.

"And you just finished your world tour a few weeks ago. How was that?" Jimmy asks.

"It was amazing. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do, especially when I go places I've never been before."

"Do you get homesick?"

"Not really." I shrug. "I'm really close to my family and friends, but I think I've traveled so much that we've all gotten used to separation."

Jimmy leans towards me a bit. "Now, I saw your show at Madison Square Garden. And let me just say, it was the best show I've ever seen. You're an amazing live performer."

"Oh, thank you." I blush, moving around in my seat a bit.

"And now you, being in the public eye and all, I'm sure you get rumors spread about you a lot. What are some of the craziest rumors you've heard about yourself?"

I think for a second. "I've definitely been dead about a dozen times." I think again. "And I'm pretty sure by now, I've dated and slept with all the members of One Direction, as well as some staff members. Those were quite interesting, and... creative. And honestly, some were a bit disturbing."

"Is it hard being in the public eye?"

"Definitely. There's a sense of having no privacy, no matter where you go, just because of fans and paps. But I've gotten used to it by now. I love seeing fans, no matter where I am." I try to save my answer so I'm not called some selfish dumbass who hates her fans.

"Moving on." Jimmy says, making me laugh a bit. "You're now dating a member of One Direction, Louis Tomlinson."

"Yep."

"How's it going?"

"It's going great." I say, a moment of silence passing after.

"That's it? Come on girl! Let's get some details!" Jimmy squeals like a little girl.

I laugh, shaking my head. "Details on what?" I catch my breath. "I mean, I love being with him and he really just makes me happy." I blush.

"Do you write songs about him? Was your last album about him?"

"Oh yeah. Definitely." I nod, earning an ohh from the audience. I don't think I even told Louis about that.

"I heard a nasty rumor that you completely turned down Louis the first time he asked you out. Is that true?"

"I technically rejected him twice." I finally admit. "Before I actually got to know him, I thought the guys of One Direction were total douche bags- sorry, I probably can't say that, but whatever. I said no when he asked me out, and I said no when he asked me out again. Then Louis basically said to me you're being a bitch, you don't know me. So I agreed to go out with him, and it was great. And now I'm here." I explain slowly, earning a few large laughs from everyone. "But they're really not douches, I promise."

"What a way to close the interview." Jimmy laughs. "When we come back from the break, Kylie Rose will be performing her hit single, Stone Cold! Don't miss it!"

Well, that went well.
