Break at the canteen
"Huh?! You want me to play in a relay at the Iwatobi Swimming Center Returns?", Rin shouted while talking to Makoto on the phone. "Please", they all said in unison at the other side. Rin ended the call. "How carefree can this guys be?", Rin said in irritation. "But you will still do it for them", Souske digged in his food. "It's not an official school game so I cannot force the team to join", Rin sighed. "I'll give a hand", Souske volunteered. "Thanks", Rin gave a wide smile. While walking heading to their room, Rin's phone rang again.

Hino: Hello, Rin-san.

Rin: Uhmm.. May I ask who this is?

Hino: It's me Hino, Aoi's friens

Rin: Oh.. You called.

Hino: The truth is, we are still looking for Aoi. In the process, we hurt Rai. We are still looking for a way to reach out to her.... Do you have any idea where she is?

Rin: That girl loves quoting thigs. Do you know any quotes she gaves if you're looking for things?

Hino: I do. I just dont want to accept it.

Rin: Say it

Hino: People who doesnt want to show themselves are the hard to find.

Rin: Exactly...

Hino: Thank You, Matsuoka-san.

Rin: No problem. I'll contact you once I ran over her.

Hino ended the call. Souske looked at Rin's worried eyes. "What's making you have those eyes?", Souske asked. "Some people are actually looking for a girl named Kizutani Aoi", Rin answered. Souske's eyes widened. "The one with blonde hair and blue eyes?", Souske asked. "You know her?", Rin stopped walking. "Not really. We just bumped at each other at the hospital", Souske answered. "Where else in the world will I look for her?", Rin looked up. "Why do you have to help them?", Souske asked. "That girl helped me a lot in finding myself back", Rin explained. Souske had a teasing look on his face. "Dont tell me-", Souske was cut off when Rin glared at him.

Gymn.
Rin stood at the platforms watching his members. "I always talked about matching up with Haru but I havent yet build my own team", Rin thought. "Yamazaki-senpai told me about the relay. I will also join, Senpai", Nitori bowed. "Thank but why?", Rin asked. "This will be an avenue for training. I would like to take the same pride of being in the same team as yours", Nitori said with all the determination on his eyes. Rin smiled and rustled with his hair.

Raira Academy Canteen Break...
Rai sits at the canteen table. She looked around and saw students with their group.
"You arent me", she thought she heard a whisper from the wind. Inoue sat in front of her. "Can I sit here? There are no longer free space", Inoue asked. Rai faked a smile and nodded. "You're also a quiet type", Inoue noticed. "And you're one of an introvert fellow", Rai teased. "You're forcing a smile. Your eyes are dilated and letting me you're lying", Inoue digged in her food. Rai sighed and stopped eating. "What about you...what do you think of me?", Rai asked. "You're frustrated because you're not seen as who you are. But that doesnt matter, it's not human's fault why they get frustrated. It's the stimuli's fault", Inoue explained. Rai just listened. "Then, do you have a particular stimuli that makes you frustrated?", Rai asked. "The same person you are thinking right now", Inoue answered. Rai didnt speak through out the break and just stared at her food. "It's already time", Inoue waved her hand in front of Rai. "No, I dont want to get angry at Aoi", Rai slammed the table and went running to the room. She looked at her group but her blood boiled. She didnt manage to get near them and ask for an apology. Rai just watched them at a distance

The Next Day.
Iwatobi Swimming Center
Rin and their new scouted member entered the center. "This is what you want right? Cute.... Girls?", Rin showed little girls in their swim suit. Momo cried out. "I've been tricked!!!", he whined. Gou came running to Rin. "You're late!", she scolded. Momo was stunned at Gou. Souske also entered and had a scary look to Haru. "Welcome, Souske-san", Gou greeted. The competition ended and Makot and his team won. Everyone started packing. Rin was the first on who took the shower and took time to roam around. He saw a familiar figure and followed her. She stopped in front of the cherry blossom at the elementary school. Her eyes was focused on the leaves being removed from the tree. She probably was thinking of a serious matter. "I didnt know I will see you here", Rin startled Aoi. The blonde just sighed and gave a smile. "I wasnt actually planning to show myself. Please dont contact the others", Aoi bowed. "What happened to your crazy energy level?", Rin asked. Aoi laughed and looked at the tree. "Go visit Megumi tonight", Aoi said then walked away. Rin ran after her and grabbed her wrist. "Dont go appearing and disappearing at the same time!", Rin lets go of her hand. "Did you miss me that bad?", Aoi teased. "Geez, I thought something happened to you", Rin furrowed his brow. "I can manage myself", Aoi waved her hands. "Thank you for worrying but that is not a good thing to do for me. There's nothing to be worried of. I am a bottle of sunlight!", Aoi boasted. Rin raised his eyebrow and just sighed. "Show yourself to your friends, they are starting to get weird ideas", Rin informed. Aoi gave a thumbs up.

Rin gave up and just walked opposite to Aoi's direction. He looked back and saw the blonde fade in his sight.

Hospice....
Rin went into Megumi's room but she wasnt there. His eyes widened and ran to the emergency room. He saw Megumi's parents waiting outside the room. Levi had Cana on his chest. Rin already read the picture. They entered after a while. Rin just watched from the open door. Cana ran beside Megumi and held her hand. "Meg, meg....it's okay... It will soon pass away... That pain", Cana wiped her own tears. "Why are you crying mom? I told you,right? I dont want to see you crying once I... I rest", Megumi gave a weak smile. Rin went closer and also held Megumi's hand. "It was fun Megumi. Please watch over us. I will swim my best and carry your smiles along with me", Rin squeezed her hand. "Hai~ Rin-san... Humpty Dumpy can never be brought back together but stiches will do", Megumi looked at Rin. Rin nodded and made a distance. Rai came running towards the room. Rai slowly went beside the bed. Megumi reached her face. "I bet you're Ne-san's representative. Rai-san, please tell her....", Megumi coughed. "I understood it all", Megumi gave a final bright smile and breathe her last.

Rai leaned on the wall and cried. Rin also shed tears but hid it from the rest. He tried to dial Aoi's number but it was out of coverage. "Come on...pick up the phone", Rin gritted his teeth. Levi noticed him at the corner. "Are you a friend of Kizutani? Megumi wished to give this diary", Levi gave a yellow notebook designed with flowers. "Yoshima's her friend...", Rin pointed Rai and saw her kneeling in front of Megumi. "I'll give it", Rin took it.
