The weekend went by quickly. It was the same type of weekend I always experienced, sitting in my bed while watching Netflix. The only thing I regretted was that it was late Sunday night which meant school the next day. Which meant seeing Sebastian... But, seeing as it was already 10:00, I tried not to dwell on it too much.

---

Being the Monday morning that it was I was awoken by Cameron as per usual. The awful thing about it was normally I could just hang up on him, but seeing that he spent the night I was forced to enter the conflict of my awakening.

"Sage! You have to get up!" He was practically yelling in my ear, so much so that it left me with no choice but to slap that pretty face of his. "Oh no you didn't."

"Cam, what is it like five in the morning? Yes I did just do that, because at this time of day you have no right to be waking me up."

"Sorry Sage, but if I have to get up then so do you."

"But you don't have to get up. You get up by choice." I snapped back at him. When I'm lacking sleep it takes very little to make me snap.

"Well, I'm your ride, and I need to get to school early today. So, get your lazy ass out of bed." Reluctantly, I did as he said and got out of bed. At least today Cam can walk me to class, so I don't get lost. "Good girl," He patted my head. "Now where can I shower?"

"You can use the shower in my room while I go eat, but when I come back up I need the bathroom." I told him as I pulled a crew neck over my head, and put my slippers on.

"Okay, but let me know when you're in the bedroom. I wouldn't want to come out indecent."

"Sure thing, Cam. See you in a bit."

At that, I slowly trudged down the stairs to the kitchen. I then grabbed some cereal and started eating. When I heard the shower finally turn off, I went to put my bowl in the sink to find a note from my mom taped on the fridge 'Had to leave for work early. I won't be home for dinner so here's some cash for you and Cameron to order in' attached was a one hundred dollar bill. Thanks mom.

"What are you? A sloth? I've been out for five minutes now." Cameron announced while entering the kitchen in just a towel.

"I'm glad your making yourself comfortable." I replied while gesturing towards his towel. He smirked. "I'll go shower now."

"Geez, no Pop-Tarts? What kind of life are you living?" Cameron mumbled as I left.

"Apparently a healthy one." I yelled back to him.

He scoffed at my comment from the kitchen, loudly saying, "Please. You are the un-healthiest eater I know."

I ignored him, continuing to go to my room. When I got into the shower, the water was freezing cold, when I turned it up, it remained cold.

"Cameron", I shouted. "How did you manage to use up all the hot water?" Little did I know that I didn't have to shout. When he responded his voice came from inside the bathroom. "Why the hell are you so close?"

"Chill Sage, I just need to brush my teeth and do my hair."

"Well, go to the other bathroom!" I shrieked with a mix of terror and anger in my voice. My head sticking out from behind the shower curtain, while my hands made sure that there was no way of the curtain falling.

Cameron stepped out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around his waist. "Fine, little miss diva," he muttered, moving aside.

I have no clue why on Earth he decided to walk around in just a towel, but for some reason he did, and it made me uncomfortable on new levels. Sure, I've seen him shirtless a number of times, but to think that there wasn't anything stopping the towel from falling off made me a little more than slightly unnerved.

After showering and getting ready, I hopped downstairs and to my living room only to witness Cameron laying across my couch, with a muffin sticking out of his mouth. He also had his phone playing a TV show, but I couldn't tell which one.

"Cam?" He sat up quickly causing bit of muffin to fall out of his mouth. I think he tried to say something back to me, but I couldn't understand him. "Lets just go to school."

"Right." He said with his huge mouth full of food.

The ride to school was loud, to say the least. A fun fact about Cameron that many people don't know is that he is in love with country music (on occasion). Today, unfortunately, was that occasion. When he heard some cliche country song play on the radio, he rolled down the windows and turned the radio all the way up. I covered my ears, yelling for Cameron to turn the music down, but, being Cameron, he turned the volume up a bit louder. The song moved too fast to hear most of the words, but I did hear a couple of references to a truck and beer.

After the same finished, a commercial took over the station and he turned the radio back down to a normal volume.

"That was a good song, wasn't it?" Cameron loudly asked while glancing over at me.

"I guess." I replied, equally loud.

"What?"

"Nevermind!" I yelled. Cameron chuckled in reply and glued his eyes back to the highway.

"So..." He started. "Will you be seeing a Marcel today?"

"Why do you care? Also, how would I know?"

"Hmm. Answering a question with questions. Are you stooping to that level?"

"What's that supposed to mean, Cam?"

"Just, answer the question."

"Okay, well... I'm not necessarily planning on seeing him today. But if I do, then I do." After giving my answer, I looked over at the weirdo in the driver's seat to see him grinning like a true idiot. "You're so annoying and strange."

"And yet you love me for it!"

"Trust me, I don't love you because of that. I'd ditch you if I could."

"Ouch, Sage," Cam muttered jokingly, removing a hand from the steering wheel, clutching his heart with his hand as if he was hurt.

"Oh knock it off, Cameron. And keep those hands at ten and two, I don't have any plans for dying today!"

Cameron rolled his eyes and placed his hand back on the steering wheel. We were almost to school now, and we could now see the gigantic labyrinth getting closer as we drove toward it.
