Chapter 21 ~ New House

~ Melisa's POV ~

I felt someone shaking me.

"Wake up, we need to go to school."

I opened my eyes to see Dylan standing next to my bed.

"Okay okay, go out of my room." I said and he nodded and walked out the room.

I stood up and walked over to my closet.

I wore black skinny jeans, a grey sweater and black heels.

I combed my hair and walked down stairs to see the guys eating breakfast.

"Good morning." I sat down on a chair and started eating the breakfast that the guys had made.

"Good morning." The three of them said and continued eating.

After we were done eating we cleaned it all up and started walking towards school.

"Hows your leg?" I heard Jack say next to me.

I looked down at my leg and then looked back up.

"It's better now, it hurts a little some times." He nodded and we reached school.

We walked passed groups of people.

"Hey Dylan." We all turned to look at the group of girls who were looking at Dylan.

I looked over at Dylan and saw him wink at the group of girls, the girls giggled while we walked passed them.

"What was that?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.

Dylan turned to look at me.

"Oh that? Well since everyone knows that me and you 'broke up' I get more attention from girls." He said using air quotes, referring to our fake relationship.

"Oh, I get it." I said and let out a chuckle.

"Oh girl we have seen that you get attention from someone also." I heard Dylan say and he looked over at Jack and Finn with a smirk who returned the smirk back.

"Who is giving me attention?" I asked them before they could answer we heard someone yell our names.

We turned around to see who it was.

"Hey Justin." We said and he started walking with us.

I saw that Dylan, Jack and Finn were sharing looks. When they saw me staring they stopped and turned their heads back.

We reached our lockers who were all in the same hallway and grabbed our books going to our classes.

I walked to Science class and sat down in my usual seat waiting for everyone to sit down.

I grabbed my books and pen out of my backpack and started to look through the project that we needed to make and write about.

I was twirling my pen around my fingers and saw that someone came and sat next to me.

I looked up to see Justin smiling at me, I smiled back and looked at to door to see the teacher walk in.

"Hello class, let's not talk a lot and just start working further on the projects." The teacher said and everyone walked up to their partner.

"So let's work." Justin said and I turned around to face him.

"We don't have to, it's already done." I told him and he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"What do you mean it's already done?"

"I mean that I did all the work, while you were flirting and texting with Stacy." I said and turned back around to look at the others who were working on their project.
