Chapter 2 ~ They won't stop

I didn't know if my mom was home yet so i slowly opened the front door, i saw a light coming from the living room and slowly walked to it. I saw my mom sleeping on the couch.

I was relieved and i went upstairs to my bathroom to clean myself up so i took a shower.

Everything still hurts but it will be better tomorrow, right? I put my pj's on and went to bed thinking about a better day.

*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* my alarm clock went off, ugh i turned it off and..smelled..pancakes? Well i think it's my imagination.

I grabbed my clothes and got dressed (picture on the side) but i didn't know if i should wear the pink bow or not. I'll better don't because maybe people will say i'm a baby -_-.

I did my light brown hair in a ponytail and grabbed my phone and went downstairs.

"What the hell?" I thought while going down the stairs when i still smelled pancakes.

"So i didn't imagine it" i said and smiled a little, i walked in the kitchen when i saw a note next to the plate with pancakes.

Hey sweetie,

I wanted to surprise you with pancakes because i work a lot more then i used to. I need to tell you that i'll be gone for 2 weeks because of work.. I know i know and i'm sorry hun, i left 300 $ on the table.
So be a good girl and eat your pancakes and don't forget to go to school ;).

Love, Mom

"How great" i said in sarcasm but i'm used to it so i finished my pancakes and had 20 minutes to get to school.

I grabbed my backpack and walked to school, maybe faster then walking..bc i don't wanna see them if you know who i mean. After 15 minutes i saw my school.

I got to my locker and grabbed my Math book. From behind me i heard footsteps coming my way.

My heart started beating faster, someone slammed my locker shut and i cried in pain because my hand was in my locker.

"Hey slut!" Justin spat in my face
while I pulled my hand out of my locker.

"Why do you do this?" I cried i couldn't take it anymore, "Because you're a nerd" Ryan and Cameron said and high fived each other while laughing and Justin laughed too.

Justin got closer to me and grabbed my wrist. "You know what you need to do after school right?" Justin said with anger in his eyes.

At the corner of my eye i saw Damla coming towards us and hugged Cameron, and if you wonder yup she is Cameron's girlfriend.

She was the nice one out of them. She looked with worried eyes at me and Justin, i still didn't answer Justin's question. "HEY WHAT DID I ASK YOU?!" Justin spat in my face again.

"Y-yeah i need t-to go to the w-woods" i said with my head down not wanting to see his beautiful brown eye-Melisa! snap out of it, you hate him!

"Good" Justin let go of my wrist and they walked away. Damla turned around and mouthed a 'i'm sorry' and i just nodded and got in class.

I grabbed my food and sat down waiting for Sabrina and Luke to come
Yeah i have friends if you didn't know.

Oh and they are dating so you know that by now.

I saw them walking up to me waving with their food in the other hand.
"Hey!!" Sabrina and Luke said smiling at me, i smiled back at them and we started talking.

"So what did Justin do now?" Sabrina said looking at me with worried eyes.

"Oh the usual just irritating me and saying i need to go to the woods for my daily beating" i said trying not to think of my hand that was purple and black thanks to Justin.

"Melisa i think you shouldn't go this time, me and Sabrina are always worried and we just want you to be save because we love you" Luke said looking at Sabrina and then at me.

"Guys i need to, or else the next time will be worse..." I said and they nodded their heads.

Lunch was over and we got to our classes.

I was scared to go because Justin was really mad today, and the beating will be worse i just know it.

I walked to the woods to see Justin Ryan and Cameron standing and talking to each other, obviously waiting for me....

I didn't knew what was happening to me but i started to run away scared of them. And the beating.

"THAT BITCH" i heard Justin scream. and i turned around and saw them running after me.

I was running as fast as i could and saw a abandoned house i think it was abandoned because it was not a house where a happy family would live.

I opened the door searching for a hiding spot. I heard the front door open and i knew it was them "shit" i whispered and hid behind a couch.

"Where is she?!" I heard Ryan yell. I prayed to god hoping they wouldn't find me.

After 5 minutes of me hiding and the boys trying to find me they gave up and got outside.

"We know you're in there Melisa and you know your beating will be worse tomorrow!" Justin yelled at the top of his lungs.

I heard them laughing, so i thought they walked away but when i looked out of the window and saw them sitting there leaning against a big tree i went to sit behind the couch again.

After 1 hour of them leaning against a tree and talking they walked away because it was getting dark.

After 30 minutes i stood up and dusted my clothes off. I grabbed my backpack and peeked outside to see no one.

I was relieved and started walking home.

I was getting darker and darker every minute but i shrugged it off and walked slowly because no one was waiting for me at home.

"I wish things would change" i said out loud and then i heard something walk behind me..

I turned around to see no one so i shrugged it of but i was still scared.

I turned my head back and felt a sharp pain in my arm and everything went black...
