Sophie's pov: I wake up I look at the time "oh my god Jacob get up were gonna be late for Jasmine's graduation" I say he falls on the floor and gets up and goes straight to the bathroom. So as you see Jasmine is graduating from college and she's gonna have her own life and Jenna is going to middle school next year and she's 13.

I know she doesn't look 13 but she does. I look at he pictures on the wall all the memories we had I smile. "You okay" Jacob says "yeah" I say wiping my tears "don't worry we can make more babies" he says I smile and laugh. "I love you Jacob" I say "I love you too" he says. "Jenna come on let's go" we say "coming mommy and daddy" she says I smile. "Wow you look Great Hun" I say "thanks mommy" she says. "Alright let's go" I say We arrived the graduation and I saw Jasmine she was happy and really joyful. Jasmine's pov: They called my name and everyone started screaming her name with joy. I walks across the stage with happiness and I give my speech. As I say my speech Andrew Intruppted me. "Okay I needed to say this and I've always wanted to ask you this Jasmine for these past 5 years I've loved this girl and today Is the day I need to say this Jasmine sartorius will you marry me" he says I smile and say "YES".
