Chim- I'll teach you to love again

Chapter 37

I wake up in the morning with an instant smile I climb out of bed and get in the shower I get dressed and make my way downstairs but I don’t see anyone there until I see a note on the fridge

Hey Kimba I’ve taken Justin to nursery will be back soon

Love Nadine X

I smile at her note and make my self breakfast when my phone rings I answer it to hear screaming down the other end I look back at the caller ID and see its Nadine

“Nadz why are you screaming!” I say

“Kimba m..my waters..” she says I can hear she is panicking so I ask her where she is and I go out the door and walk straight into Cheryl

“where’s the fire babes?” she laughs

“Nadz waters have broke we need to get to her” I say running to my car with Cheryl following

“Oh my god okay” she says and we climb in the car and drive to where Nadine is.

We see her car parked on the side of the road and me and Cheryl run over to it and see Nadine bent over the wheel breathing in and out deeply

“its okay Nadz we’re here”  I say climbing in the car

“Nadine your going to have to get in the back while I drive” I say to her and she looks up at me she has tears rolling down her face

“but she Is two weeks early!” she screams I see Cheryl open Nadine’s door and she helps her out and puts her down on the back seats

“babes I’ll drive your car” Cheryl says I give her the keys I turn to look at Nadine and her face is full of pain

“okay babes we’re going to the hospital now” I say and start the car driving to the hospital with Cheryl right behind us.

We get to the hospital and nurses are already waiting for Nadine as I called them on the way they sit her in the wheelchair and rush into the hospital with me and Cheryl right behind her. They lay her in a bed after she has put on one of their gowns, Nadine is doing her breathing whilst having a death grip on my hand Cheryl is rubbing her lower back soon the nurse comes in to examine Nadine

“well Nadine your going to be lucky today the baby wants to come out now” the nurse say

“no she cant she is early I will hold her in” Nadine says and she stops breathing and closes her legs to stop her little girl coming

“Nadz your little girl is coming you need to start pushing” Cheryl says Nadine gives her a death glare but the nurse says the same thing so Nadine goes with it

“Push Nadine I can see the head!” the nurse says Nadine breathes in deep and pushes whilst crushing my hand but I don’t say anything I just let the tears fill my eyes

“again” the nurse says so Nadine pushes then she flops back on the bed crying softly

“I cant do it any..more” she says

“yes you can pet come you will have your little girl in your arms soon” Cheryl says pushing her upper up on the bed

“one final push Nadine then your  baby is here” the nurse says Nadine nods and then pushes letting out a loud scream.

“she’s beautiful Nadz” I say looking at Nadine’s little girl in her arms

“she has your eyes” Cheryl adds

“she’s perfect” Nadine says quietly placing her finger in the little girls hand and smiled hugely when the baby gripped her finger

The next day Nadine and baby Hayden were allowed home, Me and Cheryl were sorting things out  while Nadine had a nap and the baby was sleeping

“I don’t I could go through child birth” Cheryl says making a face

“why?” I ask

“well coz of the pain and I couldn’t go through the pregnancy I would be moody all the time and I think I would cry a lot” she laughs at the end

“I think you would make a brilliant mum I mean your brilliant with Bella and when you look after Justin” I smile and she smiles in return then Nadine enters the room

“your meant to be sleeping!” I say

“well I did then I woke up” she says sitting down on the sofa

“anyway you missy didn’t tell me about something” Nadine says with a smirk I look at her plead with my eyes for no to start with conversation while Cheryl is here but she just raises an eyebrow

“Cheryl would you want to tell me rate Kim out of 10” she says with a grin Cheryl looks at her with wide eyes

“ermm…” she says then she grins

“I would rate Kimba an 11!” Cheryl says throwing her arm around me and kissing me on the lips and then leaves the room

“Nadine did you have to” I say

“yes I did awww your blushing” she says Hayden then chooses to let out a loud cry

“wow your sweet baby has a pair of lungs on her don’t she” Cheryl laughs

“yeah she gets that from her mother” I laugh Nadine smacks me on the arm and goes up stairs to see Hayden, I sit on the sofa and Cheryl sits on my lap with her arms around my neck

“did you really mean to rate me that high or were you just saying that coz I was in the room” I ask

“no I said it because I meant it” she says rubbing our noses together then kissing me passionately I hug her tight and breath in her scent she pulls away and looks at me

“you know your beautiful right?” she says

“your not to bad your self” I smile and kiss  her on the lips she giggles

“oh get a room you's two, its likes having teenagers in the house” Nadine says making her way in to the kitchen with Hayden me and Cheryl both laugh, Cheryl climbs off my lap and I miss to contact so I pull her close kiss her on the head and rest my head on her shoulders and we sit like this in a comfortable silence.
