I wake up in the morning to hear laughter coming from down the hall I get out of bed and walk into my little boys room where Nadine is sitting with him
“Morning you's two” I say walking over to the bed and sitting down on it
“morning mummy” Justin smiles and sits on my lap
“don’t you have work today?” I ask Nadine
“I’m going to work from home today I don’t feel like going in” she says
“have you spoke to Jason yet?”
“no but I will ring him later I just hope he doesn’t freak out” she says
“I’m sure he wont babes” I smile at her we all go down stairs in the kitchen where Nadine starts on breakfast
“mummy will I see Bella again?” Justin asks me as I sit him down in his highchair
“yes I’m sure you will darling” I say looking at him
“yay I like Bella she’s my friend” he smiles I smile back at him
“oh my god oh my god its Jason he’s calling me” Nadine says quite loudly
“well answer it then I will do breakfast” I say getting up from my seat Nadine leave the kitchen and goes in the front room she comes back 15 minutes later and sits down she looks upset
“babes what did he say?” I ask her putting a hand on her shoulder
“he said he didn’t know If he wanted to be apart of the babies life” she says tears falling down her face
“aww babes it will be okay I’m sure once he had thought about it he will want to be apart of the little ones life” I say kissing her on her temple the doors goes at that moment and I go and answer it to see little Bella standing there
“hello you, where’s your auntie chez?” I say
“oh she is getting her bag from the car” she smiles and then I see Cheryl walking over she gives me a dimpled smile and I feel like my legs have gone to jelly I smile back at her and welcome her into a hug
“you okay babes?” I ask
“yeah I’m fine babes you?”
“yeah I’m good come in” I say and walk into the house with both of them following
“oh hey Cheryl” Nadine says and hugs her
“auntie chez I thought we where here to see Kimberley not the social worker” Bella says with a frown
“babes Nadine lives with Kimberley they are friends” Cheryl smiles at the little girl
“oh okay hi Nadine” Bella smiles up at Nadine
“hiya babes” Nadine smiles at Bella
“have you's eaten?” I ask
“yeah we have sorry if we interrupted anything” Cheryl says
“no babes you didn’t Nadine is just having a bit of a problem” I say with a smile
“oh I’m sorry to hear that” she says placing a hand on Nadine’s arm
“its okay hopefully It will sort itself out” Nadine says with a sad smile then Bella hugs her and kisses her on the cheek
“I don’t like seeing people upset don’t be upset” Bella says in a tiny voice
“aww babes I’m not upset anymore thanks to your hug” Nadine says this makes Bella smile
“Justin” Bella says and stands next to his high chair
“Bella” Justin shouts making Bella laugh she holds his hand and starts talking to him while I sit back down with Nadine and Cheryl, Nadine tells Cheryl about her problem with Jason and Cheryl comforts her saying the same things I said and we sit a chat for a while.
