D.A.'s POV:
I was exhausted and my body felt like it was melting from a scorching fire. The announcements over the intercom actually woke me up that time when, normally, I'd be out an hour before they were broadcasted. Party was still lying asleep beside me with an arm protectively over my waist and having the complete expression of total innocence. Red hair had fallen into his face and all around the bedding which was pretty hilarious to see.

I crept out from under his arm and snuck into the bathroom to take a shower. Pausing at the mirror while waiting for the water to warm up a bit, I got a frightening look at myself: extremely volumized hair, purple bruises over my neck-to-collarbone area, red mouth, glowing face, and dark under-eyes. Thank goodness no one had seen me yet.

After my shower, I dried myself and put my clothes on while waiting for my hair to dry. I had hoped the water and the hairbrush would untangle it a bit, but boy was I wrong. Apparently, the hair coming out of heated night activities would stay throughout the day to embarass you all day long. Fück that. Groaning in frustration, I resorted to tying my hair up into a terrible-looking bun. The fact that my hair dye was fading made it look even worse.

I left the bathroom, finding Party to still be asleep, and rushed to find any sort of makeup or concealing item to hide the marks on my open neck. The hallways were empty since most of the killjoys were either out on missions or hanging around the center of the building. I snuck back into my room and immediately reached for the tube of liquid-y concealer on the countertop of the bathroom, thankfully, left out by one of my friends. My neck was practically coated in the stuff within ten minutes, the bruises only being half-faded by it. That meant that I would not be leaving my room willingly until they disappeared some more. Much more challenging than I thought.

P.P.'s POV:
A quarter of the day had already gone by when I finally woke up in an empty bedroom. It was a bit disappointing that Destroya had left but I assumed that she was sent off to go do something and had to try to hide any evidence in her physical appearance of what we did the night before. It was easier to see another reason why she didn't stay beside me for a few more hours when I got up- the feeling of dried sweat over your body is disgusting.

I got changed and left the room to find the rest of the guys so they wouldn't be as suspicious as to where I had been. They were all hanging around a table talking to Kobra and watching Fun Ghoul bounce around the group giddily. He was always so energetic; he even crashed into me and knocked me over multiple times before. My brother, on the other hand, was really reserved and was surprisingly smiley with everyone around him while they asked him about his condition.

"Hey, Kobra! You ready to go back with us on raids to Battery City now?" I greeted as I walked up to the group.

"Nah, still got a week to go and I would've been in the Trans Am by this morning if I could've." He replied.

Fun Ghoul stopped his jumping once he noticed me, "You're late this morning and so's Destroya...coincidence?"

"I think not." Grenade piped up quietly and almost instinctively.

"You don't think what?" Destroya's voice asked from behind us in a somehow slightly different tone than normal.

We all turned around.

Lithium clarified, "That both of you showed up late for different reasons."

"Is there any possible way I could find out this guy's real name?" Destroya pointed at Fun Ghoul.

Jet Star leaned towards her and whispered the name with a smile on his face, eager to see what the girl would do to Fun as playful revenge.

"Frank Fücking Iero, you will find yourself hanging upside down with crude marker comments all over your face and your balls cut off if you don't stop." Destroya smirked, taking slow steps towards him.

"That's not the first time I've heard that one." Frankie replied.

"And I'm not surprised."

"Because I'm a good teaser?"

"In what sense?"

"Both." He winked, making the rest of the group erupt in laughter.

"I have yet to hear a girl tell me she was satisfied with you." I spoke up.

"You don't get to talk, Gee." Frank shot back, referring to a past of some experimental situations I had with him.

I stayed silent, not really wanting to have to tell everyone about those times.

"Wait, 'Gee' is short for what?" Wyvern asked.

I saw Frank start opening his mouth to tell her but I stopped him, "Nothing. I don't reveal my first name."

"Liar, you just don't want them to hear what your real name is." Frank kept up his childish responses.

I covered his mouth before he could say much, getting the wet feeling of Frank's tongue on my hand. Fücking gross. He was granted an uncovered mouth since I had limits as to how far I'd go to keep my name private.

"His name's Gerard." He said.

"Why don't you like your name?" Destroya's tone had completely changed from being vengeful at Frank to gentle towards me.

"Because it sounds really old and it's just weird. I just have a shítty name." I explained.

"No it's not! I like your name." Destroya retorted.

"Yeah, 'cause now she can scream your real name instead of saying 'Party' really loud." Frank joked.

"Shut the fück up." Destroya and I commanded at once.

The rest of our group laughed at the synchronised comment and we continued talking throughout the day. Dr. D didn't have many missions for us and the zone checks had to wait since the acid rains were pouring down really heavily and would damage our vehicles if we went out then.
