Steve and Peggy had managed to fight their way into another Project Insight helicarrier. The sound of their footprints and heavy breaths ricocheted around the metal interior.

"Alpha locked." Steve said.

"Falcon, where are you now?" Hill asked over the com while Peggy tried to input the code that would open the computer chips.

"I had to take a detour." 

Sam said, ducking another volley of fire. One of HYDRA's heat seeking missiles locked onto him. Sam swerved, avoiding the projectile. It hit one of the helicarrier windows and exploded on impact.

"Oh, yeah!" Sam shouted, flying into the opening. 

He quickly plugged the computer chip into the control panel before flying out again.

"Bravo locked." Sam said.

Meanwhile at another part of the hanger, a pilot was commanding his squadron.

"All S.H.I.E.L.D. pilots, scramble. We're the only air support Captain Rogers has got."

But he never got to help. The Winter Soldier appeared, shooting the group down without a moment of hesitation. He ripped off the roof of a jet and took off in it.
