Tyler's Home!

The week flew by with nothing much to show. I worked hard on getting Matt's birthday surprise planned and the only thing that did happen was that Matt found out Kelsey had been only using Matt to make her ex jealous. I was happy when they broke up but he was upset.

Danny hasn't hurt me very badly either which was a plus, but besides that and the profess I've made with Matt's birthday present nothing much happened. The only thing I waited for was the day Tyler was coming home. He wasn't specific about the day but it was this week and it was already Tuesday.

I say in the living room flipping through the channels when I heard the doorbell ring. I threw the remote and jumped off the couch in a flash. "I got it!" I yelled as I heard Danny coming down the stairs. I pulled open the door to see my Tyler! "Ty!" I exclaimed I throwing my arms around him. "Lucy!" He said wrapping me into a bear hug.

"Tyler?" Danny asked. I forgot he didn't know. "I didn't know you where coming?" He said. "Hey dad, I sent a letter, guess it hasn't come yet. Dad, Lucy, I'd like you to meet my Fiancé, Monica." Tyler said gesturing to the woman behind him.

She was tall and had dirty blonde hair. She had light brown eyes and a pretty smile. She looks like she would be skinny but she is pregnant.

"Hi." She said. Even her voice was pretty. "Hi." I replied. "So you are the infamous Lucy, I've heard so much about you." She said. "Oh really?" i smirked. I picked up her suit case and another bag and led them inside. They both plopped down onto the couch. They seemed worn out.

"Do you guys want anything?" I asked. "Oh no we are fine." Monica answered. "So Tyler, what made you come back?" Danny asked. "Oh, we'll since I am about to start a family of my own I thought I would reconnect with you guys so the baby can have a grandpa and an aunt." I smiled when Tyler winked at me.

"Well that's nice. I was just about to start dinner. Monica would you like to help me while Tyler and Lucy move your stuff into the guest bedroom?" Danny asked. "Of course sounds good." She replied.

"So Luce, how's school?" Ty asked me. "Pretty good, I have most of my classes with Matt." I told him. "Oh yeah! Matt Sholder, I haven't seen him in forever." He said unzipping a large green bag and unloading it into a dresser drawer.

"Yeah, his birthday is coming up, and I have a awesome surprise for him." I said. "TYLER! LUCY! DINNER!" we heard Danny yell up. "You will have to tell me about it after supper, lets go." He said and we headed down stairs.

"This was delicious." Tyler said putting his and Monica's dishes in the sink. I forgot how good Danny could cook since he never did anymore. "Yeah, it was really good." I commented. "Thank you." He said leaning back and feeling proud.

"Why don't I help you guys finish unpacking?" I said pushing in my chair. "Sounds good." Tyler said helping Monica up. We headed upstairs and Tyler brought up Matt's surprise again. "So about that surprise?" He said. I smiled. "Catch me up?" Monica suggested.

"Lucy has been best friends with this boy named Matt for as long as I can remember and his birthday is coming up and Lucy has an awesome birthday surprise for him and she is about to tell me." Tyler summed up. "Now, Luce?" He said nodding for me to continue. "Okay so tomorrow-"
