I think last night was the best sleep I've had in a year.

I've been awake for a while and was shocked when I was met with Abby's face so close to mine and I've spent the past hour or so watching her as she slept.

Her hand was lazily placed on my bare chest, my head buried in her neck as my arm wrapped tightly around her small waist.

I missed this so much and I know she'll move when she wakes up so I'm not going anywhere until then.

My hand rose up and I let my fingers run along her cheek, loving being this close to her again.

Her body fits against mine perfectly and I wanted to lean over and kiss her but I had to stop myself.

I will not kiss her until she knows the truth.

I stopped my hand when she groaned and rubbed her eyes before opening. Once they landed on me her eyes widened "um.. Hi"

I smiled at how cute she's looking right now all flustered "hi"

She gestured between us "we didn't... You know.." I shook my head with a chuckle as I sat up.

"No. You were drunk so I brought you home but you wanted me to stay"

She laid back down and groaned "please tell me I didn't make a fool of myself"

I laid down next to her "at one point you dragged  me to the dance floor and started to grind on me"

She turned to me so we were face to face "what else?"

I bit my lip to stop myself from smiling "you tried to kiss me"

She blushed and covered her face with her hands. I leant on my elbow to remove her hands from her face "you don't have to be shy about it"

She sat up so her back was against the headboard and looked down at her hands "it's just... I haven't known you long yet it feels..."

"It feels right"

She nodded her head but kept looking at her hands. I lifted her chin up so she would look at me but she avoided eye contact.

"there's nothing to be afraid of" she finally looked at me "I'm not even uncomfortable that you're in my bed right now"

"Abby I have to you something" she nodded her head for me to continue "we-"

"Don't you two look comfy"

Our heads shot up to see Jake leaning against the doorframe with a smirk on his face.

Abby stood up from the bed "what are you doing here?"

"I came to nurse your hangover but it seems that job has been taken" he smirked at me but I rolled my eyes at him and stood up as well.

He looked between us with a knowing smirk "I was going to ask where you two ended up last night but I can take a guess" Abby pushed him and muttered 'prick'.

I smirked "I could ask you the same, you left quite quickly" it was his turn to look flustered.

"I don't know what you're on about" Abby sighed and pushed us both out "you two talk about whatever while I have a shower"

We walked into the living room and sat on the couch "what were you two talking about before I walked in?"

I sighed "she's scared"

"Of you?"

I shook my head "her feelings for me"

I looked up when I heard shuffling, seeing Abby walking in. When she saw me she smiled and pointed behind her "you're phone was going off"

I smiled at her before walking into her room and over to my jeans to get my phone, frowning when I saw a message from Kyle.

We need to speak to you. Now.

I quickly got dressed and left her room after slipping my shoes on.

Abby frown when she saw me slip my jacket on "you leaving?"

I nodded my head as she stood up "I have to meet up with a friend"

She surprised me when she wrapped her arms around my waist and I did the same with her.

"Do you want to grab some coffee tomorrow after work?" I nodded my head and kissed the top of hers "I'll love that"

I squeezed her lightly before saying goodbye and leaving.

It only took me a few minutes to get to Kyle's. I walked into the living room to see Kyle and Ryan sat on the couch with a laptop in front of them.

"Why'd you wanna talk?"

They didn't even question my whereabouts. Kyle just patted the seat next to him and I sat down and frowned at their faces "what's wrong?"

Kyle sighed and opened the laptop and clicked on something before turning to me "we can't keep this from you any longer, you deserve to know"

I looked to Ryan who was refusing to make eye contact with me. I turned back to the laptop, reading what was on the screen.

I looked at them confused "you already told me this" Kyle gave me a sad look "scroll down"

I did as said and froze at the words on the screen but only one stood out.

Miscarriage.

My hands shook as I scrolled further for the date which made it even worse.

I thought she lost our baby in the accident but I was wrong.

She lost our baby a week before.

I felt a hand on my shoulder as I stared at the screen "Harry I'm so sorry"

I shook the hand off me as I walked into my room and slammed the door.

I slid down the door and pulled my knees to my chest as I cried. Why didn't she tell me?
