While Atwater and Burgess' friendship is one to strive for in any life... I actually chose the friendship between Mouse and Jay.
They've been friends longer than Jay's been with CPD. They've been through hell and back together. We've heard bits and pieces of the time they were in the Rangers together. Will tells Erin that it was Mouse that brought him back... but we never got to know back from what. When Mouse was taken hostage in the early part of season 3, Jay insisted on getting him back and if he had to, he'd be the one to take the shot to take out the hostage taker, not SWAT. Mouse was there to help Jay get through other things, and was there for him when Erin went crazy. Their friendship is profound and it's something unique, considering how much they've been through together. Can't wait to learn more about their friendship in the coming seasons!
