I'm not sure if Voight and Antonio can count as a partnership, but in my mind they are. After Jules was killed, Antonio usually always rides with Voight and they're generally the ones in interrogation together. So they're my favourite partnership. They've had this love-hate relationship from the start... all the way back to before Chicago PD even existed.
They work well off each other since Antonio is generally the by the books guy and Voight's just the guy who does what needs to be done to solve the case. We saw this when Diego was kidnapped, when Antonio was shot (both the time in Fire and the time in PD), when Justin was involved with the mob killings and Antonio turned a blind eye to it because he had more of a problem with IA than he did with Voight... and these are just things from Season 1.
I love their interactions with each other and they definitely make the show that much more interesting!
