The anxiety

So some people go through anxiety and some people don't. The people who do experience anxiety usually don't fully understand why they are experiencing the things they are. And in turn that means they don't know how to deal and cope with the anxiety. If you have ever felt anxiety than you can somewhat understand what I'm talking about but also not just because everyone experiences it in there own ways. My experiences with it include the following
~shortness of breath
~shaking
~panic attacks
~freaking out over little things
It is different for everyone. But those are just some of my symptoms. I didn't ask for anxiety, I dont act the way I do when I have anxiety or panic attacks for attention along with everyone else who experiences anxiety. We don't look for attention. We alot of times actually don't want people to know we feel a certain way and or we don't want people to find out we have anxiety or other things of the sort because we are afraid of being judged for having these things. Because we know once people find out we have them, we are stereotyped and we don't like being stereotyped.
