Chapter 31

Later that night, Masky p.o.v

"I feel as if she might be at the mansion already."

Ben: Yeah, we should probably go check and hopefully she's not hurt.

I look at Ben as we walk through the woods.

"You caught me off guard just now. It sounds as if you actually care about her"

Ben: What is that supposed to mean?

*shrugs my shoulder*

"Nothing really, it's just you never really care about people"

He sighs and lifts his arms behind his head.

Ben: Ehh, it comes and go's. 

*shakes my head*

We finally stop at a giant tree and I draw the circle on the and chant the spell. The portal opens and we go through. As soon as we step in, we could already see the mansion just from looking straight ahead. We headed to the mansion.  When we go inside, we seen Korbyn asleep on the couch in the living room. I grab a blanket and slowly lay it over her. I squat down in front of her and run my fingers through her soft hair. I move the hair from the front of her face and spotted a darkish mark on her neck. I guess she got a bruise when jumping off the roof. I stood back up and saw Ben staring at me.

"She's sleeping"

Ben: I bet! She's never done anything like this.

I start walking around seeing if anybody else was here. I walked in Sally's room to see her putting makeup on smile dog.

"Is anybody else here right now?"

Sally: Jeffrey......and......You!!

She said as she ran and hugged me. As she hugged me,  I seen smile dog trying to sneak out the room but Sally grabbed his tail and she had a good grip. I smiled at her and hugged back.

"Alright, I need to go check on Jeff."

I said as I was leaving her room. I walked to Jeff's room and knocked on it. No one answered at first but a few seconds later, her opened the door and smirked.

Jeff: What do you want.

"Nothing really but since I'm over here, have you heard from Slender man?"

Jeff: No, now leave.

He says as he slams the door in my face. I should have expected that. I go back downstairs and talk to Ben.

"We should all probably get some rest till Slender man comes back."

He nods and go's upstairs and I stay downstairs and keep watch over Korbyn.

Early in the morning, Korbyn's p.o.v

*feels something wet on my face*

I open my eyes to see smile dog licking my face.

"Ewww, stop it! Gross smiley."

I move him away from me and he leaves the living room. I stood up and a blanket fell on the floor. I don't remember having a blanket. I turn around to see Masky sitting on the other side of the room. He was out cold. I took the blanket and laid it over him. I smiled at him. He's so nice to me, unlike some people.  I'm glad he's safe. I turned away to sneezin my arm. It was pretty cold in the mansion. I looked at my cloths. I need a shower, I look awful. I walked around the mansion looking for a shower and found one . I turned the water on and I locked the door. I stayed in the shower for a good 15 minutes. I grabbed a towel and wrapped it around me. But then I realized I didn't have a change of clothes. I went downstairs and asked Masky if he had a change of clothes that I could borrow. He handed me a white t-shirtand and some pink sweatpants. I put them on and felt better but I was still cold.

"Why is it so cold?"

Masky: this feels good to us but your not used to it. You can have my blacket if you want.

He said as he handed it to me. I nod and thanked him.

Masky: are you hungry?

"I'm starving"

Masky: Well I know how to make waffles, so let's eat together.

I smile at him and walk to the kitchen with him.
