I flipped the pages of the book to the middle section. I opened my eyes and nothing happened. I was relieved, also a piece of paper sled out. It was a letter to me! It read
Dear Korbyn,
If you are reading this, my heart weeps for you. I prayed the Brown line had ended the day your mother almost drowned, despite my conviction, part of me has always feared it didn't end. This is why I have left you this book. If you have awakened, Zalgo has mostly already murdered me, which means you have lots to learn in little time. I know this is a lot to take in and you are very frightened, but this book will guide you the whole way. Each chapter contains a lesson plan of sort reguarding your duty as the Seer. You MUST master every skill before moving to the next. Along with the book, I've left you the key to the safety deposit box. Get the contents immediately. No doubt Zalgo is search for them. Trust no one but Slenderman. Do as he says. He'll know what to do next. I must go now my child. I hear footsteps approaching. If this is truly my last farewell, know that I truly do love you. I know I was hard on you but that was to make sure you grew up strong. Make me proud! I'll alway love you.
