Chapter 33

I hear my name being called. The rush of the water doesn't compare to how loud my name was being called. I became annoyed with the voice and opened my eyes. There I was, still standing in the kitchen of the mansion. 

Slenderman: Korbyn! Are you okay? Korbyn!?

He yelled as he waved his hand back and forth in front of my face. I slowly looked around till I felt like myself again. I was confused on how I was still in the kitchen.

"I wasn't here. I was in... a river just now!" 

Slenderman: What are you talking about? You've been spaced out for a few minutes now.

"Really? But it felt so real though."

I said as I left the kitchen and walk back into the living room. I sat down on the couch. Slendrman followed me to the living room. He called Masky and he came in with a glass of water. He handed the water to me and I drank it quick and set it on the table. He leaned to pick up the glass cup as his curly hair fell to his face. I glanced at Slenderman who looked as if he has a lot on his mind. 

"What are you thinking about?". I asked.

Slenderman: A lot.... I need to find a faster way to help unlock your full power. We don't have much time.

I grab hold of his hand to assure him.

"Your not alone here. I'm here to help save both of our worlds."

Masky: Yeah, you also have me. Don't forget!

Slenderman: I appreciate you both so much. I just don't wan..

Jeff: Hey! Don't leave me out.

He said as he interrupted Slenderman. Slenderman slightly frowns at Jeff.

Jeff: I'm just ready for the battle already. 

Slenderman: Your not ready for what he has set up for us. More than likely, he might be teaming up with the locklear.

Jeff: When you put it that way, it's sounds more exciting! It gets my blood thirst going! 

He says as he grins with his wide mouth. He grabs a hair tie from his pocket and puts his black hair in a man bun. 

Jeff: Come on Masky, lets go practice in the back. I want to see if you've gotten any better in combat skills. 

Masky sighs but agrees to join him. Before Masky leaves, Slenderman whispers something to him. Both Jeff and Masky head to the back room. I wonder what that was about? Slenderman turns towards me. 

Slendman: Why don't you go watch them practice. You might pick up some moves.... Also make sure they don't try to kill one another. 

He says as he scratches the back of his head. I nod and follow them to the back room.
