I thought of Angels, choking on their halos when God Himself shoved it down their throats for the sins they committed, their jealousy over humans before they grew to love then more than themselves and more than they do God. So God was furious, and decided to tear their wings off and watch them fall for the earthly stardust that knew not hardly enough of the love devoted to them or the holiness that bled all over their backs.
Why did love have it harder than sin? You might wonder.
It made no sense, and I don't know, but
it that not how it always is?- m.x.f
