It was nearing 10pm and Olivia had finally gotten all of the kids to bed. Dr.Ragen would have killed her if she knew just how active she had been today, but it was worth it.

Today had been slightly rewarding for Olivia. Especially to see just how well the kids and Kenna had gotten along. She knew she couldn't spend the rest of her life being upset with Elliot, their situation was different from most. They were both willing to fight for this marriage..so they did.

"You two always are so active around bed time," she ran both hands over her swell, feeling the kicks of her unborn child pounce against her hand.

Although she was on bed rest, she hadn't really been getting much rest. Every night, like clock work, the twins were insanely active. Making it difficult for Olivia to even find comfort. She had caught up on every series on Netflix, and found herself reading first time parent books she had bought when she was carrying Helena. It had been almost 5 years since they'd had a newborn in the house, let alone two.

So she read....she read until the twins decided to give her a break and allow for sleep to claim her. It was all she could do. Before, Elliot was always there to keep her company late at night. So she dealt with their situation the best she could, and she read..

"Liam and Gwen.." she whispered to herself as she tried calming their movements. "Your daddy and I have a of things to do before you to two get here. So I need for you to stay in there as long as possible, okay?" She meant every word of it, because that feeling that they'd be coming soon had been adamant. As much as she wanted to meet them, she needed them to wait the entire six weeks before they were expected to come.

Sometimes it felt like her and Elliot hadn't made very many improvements, but then there were moments when she felt they had. Tonight they had leaped over another obstacle, but were also still stuck at several others.  However, she kept reminding herself that everyday was yet another day closer to forgiveness, and Elliot finally coming home.

Just when she had laid down to attempt to get more than 6 hours of sleep, her phone had began to buzz on the nightstand. She grumbled because she knew it just had to be nosey Casey, trying to catch up on everything that had happened tonight.

"Case I-" she was cut short when she heard familiar voice on the other end, but it wasn't Casey. "What drug deal? Why was he-oh god!" She cried out as tears instantly sprung to her eyes. Her entire world had stood still as she tried to piece together everything Kathy had just told her. Yes...Kathy. "I'll be right there! No Kathy I need to be there in case-" she couldn't dare to let the words fall from her lips.

She quickly dialed Casey's number, and asked for a ride to the hospital. She only lived a few blocks over and had made it to Olivia's in minutes. Ava, luckily was still living with them and could keep an eye on the kids. It was completely against her doctors orders, but she had no other option..

"Olivia?" she sat in the waiting room next to Casey, rubbing small circles on her stomach, a habit that had seemed to keep her calm. However, she had been far from calm, the main reason she was only a few moments away from running a high blood pressure. "Hun, you need to take deep breathes," Casey coached Olivia, running her hand up and down her back. "They're going to do everything they can. That's all we can ask for right now."

"It's just-" she paused, trying not to get worked up all over again. "What if- Case, I can't do this alone. I can't have 5 kids on my own, I'm-"

"Liv, you won't have to do that because Elliot is going to make it. You know I'm always honest with you.."

He had gotten shot. When he dropped Kenna off, he had gotten shot.
