I finally fell asleep at 8 but was woke up shortly after because of Michael. Typical. He wants me to turn down my TV so he can sleep, but when I want sleep he is aloud to disturb me? I don't think so! After he banged on the door and called my name for 20 minutes he just walked right in.
"What the fuck Mikey?"
"Well you weren't answering. I need to ask you something important."
"What is it now?"
"Well A) your cranky this morning and B) I want to know if you want to go to Calum's with me."
"Well I didn't get much sleep. And I am actually hanging out with Luke today...." I said feeling a small smile grow on my face.
"Wait what?"
"Yeah, he asked if I wanted to hang out so after I busted his balls I said yes."
"I want you to be careful Dani....promise me that?"
"Of course but it's Luke, everything will be fine."
I knew that that wasn't completely true. It's still a little awkward being near Luke, but I kinda missed him so it should be ok. Hopefully.
"Hello?! Earth to Dani!" Mikey laughed.
"Huh. Wha- sorry I zoned out."
"Really I didn't notice."
"Hey asshole don't let my sarcasm rub off on you. You might be the new bitch of the house."
"Hahahaha that's a good one. Who calls you a 'bitch'?"
"Mum....and Dad before he left..."
After those words I swear I saw steam shoot out of my brothers ears.
"It's fine Mikey...I don't really care about him or his comments.."
Which was not the case at all.
"Dani I don't care! How could that dick say that! He has no room to talk. The dead beat fucking dad. No the dad of the year!! Then the whore of a mum! Wow..just fucking wow!"
"Mikey calm down it's fine. I promise."
"Dani just know that they have no idea what you're like. Don't listen to them because it's not true."
"You don't know me either Michael." I said only for me to hear.
"What was that? Sorry I couldn't hear?"
"I said thanks Mikey...it means a lot to me."
"No problem I gotta go but I'll see you later!"
"Love you Mikey."
"Love you too Dani."

*40 Minutes Later*
I haven't heard from Luke which kinda made me mad. He practically begged me to hang out and now....he doesn't even text me. Wow same old Luke. What did I expect though? For him to just come running back to me and it be like old times? Well yeah I did, but I guess I was wrong...

*20 More Minutes Later*
I was so tired from my lack of sleep so I started to drift off to sleep when my phone rang. Why whenever I want to sleep my God damn phone goes off?? When I looked at the caller ID I just ignored the call. After 15 more trys I finally answered.
Call between Dani and Luke:
Dani:What do you want?
Luke: Dani I'm sooo sorry
Dani: Why? Why are you sorry?
Luke: We were supposed to hang out and I just woke up and I tried to call but you didn't answer.
Dani: Was that today?I didn't fucking notice Luke. You could have told me a time frame last night so I wasn't sitting around all day feeling pathetic!
Luke: I know and I'm so sorry Dani. You have to believe me. Please
Dani: Whatever...
Long period of silence
Luke: Dani? Are you still there?
Dani: Yeah
Luke: So do you wanna maybe hang out now? I can pick you up in 20?
Dani: Why not....It's not like I made any other plans
Luke: Jesus I said I was sorry Dani!
Dani: I know Luke..In 20 minutes right?
Luke: Yeah...Thanks Dani
Dani : Yeah,yeah,yeah. We better be doing something fun
Luke: Haha when don't I have fun?
Dani: Whatever bye Lucas
Luke: Wha-
I hung up on him before he could lecture me about calling him Lucas. Now all that's left to do is get changed out of my pj's.
Next thing I knew Luke was here. I ran out of my room with a cut Nirvana shirt on, black leggings, a black beenie, and my black and white converse. I barely had any makeup on just simple eyeliner, mascara, and cover up. I kept my hair down since it's naturally wavy.
"Hey Dani, you look nice."
"Thanks Luke? So what's the plan?"
"I was thinking the playground?"
"That sounds perfect actually."
"I'm glad cause if you didn't want to go I would have no other ideas."
"Hahaha really?"
"Yeah it was kinda a make it take it opportunity. And I'm glad you said yes."
"Me too. Well what are we waiting for we have a playground to go to!"
