It had been one of the biggest cases of her life as a detective. One that would hopefully return her life from the downward slope that it had been previously. Fin had suggested drinks, and before she knew it, she was tipsy.
Olivia wasn’t much of a drinker, a beer here some wine there, she was determined to be different than her mother, which included not drinking. Or at the very least, not being drunk. So being tipsy was unusual for her, but Munch had made sure she got home safe, and for that she was grateful. Opening the door to her apartment she was overcome with a sense of relief. Gratitude that she was finally alone. Locking the door she changed into a simple t-shirt and some shorts. After a quick snack to help her drinks settle she climbed under her comforter and drifted into a deep sleep.
Unbeknownst to her, the window to her fire escape, was unlocked from the inside, and maybe it was the alcohol, or maybe the fact that she was just tired from weeks of working herself half to death, but she didn’t hear the window open. Nor did she hear the man enter, the creak of the fire escape as his weight disappeared from it. She didn’t hear her window shut, or the footsteps of the stranger track mud all over her hardwood floor. The smell of cigarettes and booze filled the air, but her body stayed still and relaxed in a wine induced sleep. He grabbed the glock from her nightstand and slipped it in his pants. She didn’t feel him grasp her ankles and tie them to the bed frame, nor did she feel his calloused hands snake down her arms and handcuff them to headboard. A soft sigh escaped her as she dreamed contently, unaware of the danger she was in. He slid his hands down her sides and it sent chills up her spine, she started to stir, and just after that, he jumped on her back. She yelped in confusion, her eyes snapping open and she gasped for air, as soon as her mouth opened he shoved a gag in her mouth and she bit down on it in an attempt to make sure it didn’t choke her.
She tugged at her restraints and looked at her wrists to see what they were bound in, only to realize the irony, she had been cuffed to the headboard with her own handcuffs. She tried to scream once more, but the gag muffled any noise she made, he dug his knee into her back and she cried out. Pinning her down he took out a syringe and stuck it in her neck. It was almost immediate in its effectiveness. Her body stilled and she could feel her muscles grow numb and limp as a warm sensation filled her limbs and eventually her torso. She groaned in discontent realizing she had been sedated, but wondered why she hadn’t passed out yet.
He got up slowly after the drug had taken into effect. Rummaging through things he wanted to be thorough, but quickly grew enraged realizing it wasn’t here. He started trashing the place, books flying, glass breaking, etc. Olivia laid in her bed wondering what exactly he was looking for, he came in and took the gag out. He knew at that point she couldn’t scream, her body wouldn’t give her the energy to do so no matter how much she wanted to. How much she wished she could, she couldn’t, and he was going to use that to his full advantage.
“Where is it.” He asked, his voice barely above a whisper as he held her jaw so tight she was sure it would bruise, tears brewed in her eyes as she swallowed hard “Wh- Where is what?” she asked. Her speech was slurred and slow as she tried to hold onto what little body control she had left. “The file. Stabler’s file. Where is it.” He growled
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” she mumbled softly, her eyelids felt heavy and she wasn’t sure how long she would be able to stay awake. The man gripped her neck tightly “Tell me where it is, or you’ll regret it.” He said seriously as he got on top of her. She swallowed hard and teared up. Truth be told she knew exactly where the file was, she knew exactly where Elliot was, but she wasn’t saying a word.
That night ended in a rape, afterward, she was sure she wouldn’t be able to walk if she tried. By morning the drug was starting to wear off and he gave her another dose just to keep her quiet. Uncuffing her he grabbed her by her hair and dragged her to the living room. Setting her up in a chair before sitting across from her. She lulled her head to either side of her body and saw the damage he had done.
Her home was completely ransacked. All her hard work, down the drain and she knew that if she survived, she would have to start all over again, but she was thankful. Thankful that he hadn’t found the file. He hadn’t gotten any of Elliot’s information, and that was enough for her to grin and bear it. She tugged at the restraints gently, that was all she could manage with what she had been given. She looked at the man who sat in front of her. Analized his face, wanting to remember it for after.
He smirked at her, showing off his rotting teeth, and his one gold canine tooth. She never saw a reason why people got gold teeth. His breath reeked and she could smell it from where she sat, it didn’t make it better when he leaned in. “Where is Elliot.” he asked softly pulling out a blade and showing it to her. “I’m not going to ask again.” he stated and she gulped softly.
“I don’t know.” She told him and without hesitation, he swung the blade down. It sliced through the skin of her thigh. A large gash was left in its wake, along with a yelp from her, it was all she could muster. She teared up and he glared at her. Grabbing a vial he kept in his brief case, he took out a dropper. “Do you know what’s in this?” he asked softly, a menacing grin on his face. She shook her head slowly. “It’s sulfuric acid, if this stuff comes into direct contact with your eyes, you'll go blind. If ingested it will cause the burning of organs. If breathed in at high concentrations it has been known to cause severe tissue damage of skin, eyes, and even lungs. Now, tell me where Elliot Stabler is.”
