*Celina's POV*
************************************
I look around me and notice that I am in my mom and dad's house. I hear a scream and my body suddenly whizzes past the rooms to find and see who's voice it was. When I stop, I see my mom and dad surrounded by a fire in their room. They have me in their arms and I am crying. I freeze. I watch as the fire burns the house away little by little. 'Oh my gosh no...' I think in my head. I tried to move to help but I was glued to the spot.
Just then, my aunt comes barging through the door and tries to get them out. My aunt is a firefighter.
My mom and dad hand the child(me) to my aunt but as soon as they do, the roof collapses on them. My aunt gasps and I do the same as I am watching, too. I see my little self screaming for my mom. My eyes start brimming with tears as I watch my mom slowly fade away under the pile of wood. She whispers something then she is gone. My eyes are now flooding with tears.
My aunt runs with me in her arms out of the burning room. My invisible figure whizzes past the rooms and follows her. She runs through the hallway to the stairs.
However, the stairs fall off and my aunt has nowhere to go. By now, the fire has spread to the whole house! My aunt looks around frantically and finds a window open. She climbs over and jumps out. I can finally move and I run to the window. I see my aunt safely tumble through the grass and cradles my baby self in her arms while I'm still crying for my parents. My dream self starts crying hysterically as the house burns around me. I can't get my mom's words out of my head. "Be strong, Celina."

"Celina, Celina, wake up!" My eyes shoot open and I spring up into a sitting position immediately as I hear a voice calling my name. I look next to me and see Calder backing up from my sudden movement. "Whoa, ok, it's just me you don't need to be scared," he says jokingly and puts his hands up as if he's surrendering.
"Oh, um, ok," I reply still thinking about the nightmare I just had. I bring my hands to my eyes and notice that tears had formed while I was sleeping. I hope Calder wasn't here long enough to notice. "So, why did you wake me up?" I ask cautiously.
"Because I made breakfast?" he kind of asks more than tells me as he raises an eyebrow. We stare at each other for a few seconds. Well, this isn't awkward at all. I think in my head sarcastically. His hand motions toward the desk and I see a tray of food. There is a glass of orange juice and a plate with butter spread on a piece of toast and some eggs on the side.
"Thanks Calder, you made it all this morning?" I thank him while I swing the warm covers off of my legs.
"No problem, and yeah, I figured you would be hungry," he implies and I nod my head. I am hungry. He isn't wrong. I stand up but feel slightly dizzy and sit down back on the bed. The room spins and there is a dull pounding in the back of my head. I guess I am not fully recovered from yesterday after all.
"Celina? Are you ok?" Calder asks the questions faster than you could say 'good morning.' He rests his hand on my shoulder and glances at me with a look of concern. I smile at his seriousness.
"Calder I'm fine, don't worry. I'm still a bit shaken up from yesterday but, totally fine. By the way, stop being so serious!" I add on playfully and laugh while slapping his arm lightly. He removes his hand from my shoulder and smiles back.
"Ok then. Seeing that you can smile and laugh like that, you seem better than ok. But just in case, I'll bring the food over to you, so sit tight," he orders me like I'm a soldier and I roll my eyes.
"Yes sir!" I reply with a salute and I see him trying to hold in a laugh. I smile brightly at him. He smiles back. After a bit of smiling, Calder walks over to the desk and picks up the tray. With the tray in his hands, he walks over and sets it on the bed on my lap. I thank him and start eating.
First, I drink the orange juice. It's so sweet and fresh that I drink half of the bottle. I pick up the toast and take a big bite of the buttery goodness. I sigh with delight. I'm still eating the toast and just finished swallowing what I had chewed when Calder clears his throat. I look up at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Yes?" I ask with the bread still in my hands, "Would you like to tell me something?"
"Indeed, yes. Why...ok this might be personal so if you don't want to share you don't have to," he starts and I nod my head slowly. Omg is he asking about it? I ask myself while he goes on, "Why were you crying in your sleep? Did you have a bad dream?" he asks and my insides start to twist at the memory. Omg WHYYY, why couldn't he just keep his mouth shut? I ask myself and look up at him with a pained smile.
"Um, yeah about that. I'm not really ready to share yet," I reply hesitantly as I set down my bread and play with my fingers.
"Oh, that's totally fine. I was just curious. Just know that I'm here for you. If you can't keep it bottled inside, let it out on me," he explains with a sympathetic smile. I smile back at him with comfort. Calder will be there for me. I know he will.
"Thanks Calder. I owe you one," I tell him. He gives me one last smile and
walks out of the room. I munch on my toast again and finish it in 5 bites. I then start eating the eggs. I think about what Calder said to me and a warm comfort flows through me. Perhaps Calder isn't an untrusting stranger after all.************************************
*Calder's POV*
I walk out of the room and go to the room I am currently sleeping in. I lay sprawled on the bed. I start to feel worried. What dream did she have that made her cry in her sleep? I wonder but I shake it out of my head. No time to think about that now.
Instead my mind drifts back to what Celina did with the ice. She's practically ready to train by now. I have to teach her now that she knows what she can do. I can't hide it from her anymore. It's time for practice.
After a good 20 minutes, I get up from my bed and stride over to Celina's room.

*Celina's POV*
It is 20 minutes since Calder left and I had finished my breakfast 15 minutes ago. I'm reading a book on history when Calder suddenly walks into the room. I glance up from the book I am reading and stare at his eyes.
"Yes?" I imply trying to figure out why he suddenly came back. I thought he was resting.
"Celina, it is time," he announces with a serious tone.
"I'm sorry but....time for what....exactly?" I ask with a hint of confusion.
"It's time," Calder continues and I motion for him to go on, "to train and awaken your power."
