A Deathly Visit to a workshop

BANG!

I shoot up, noticing that the noise came from above.

I run to the elevator and hit Floor 5, the top one. I go up, and I hear another bang. Louder this time. The elevator doors open, and I inch across the wall, towards an open doorway. I look inside, and saw some stairs going down. Real smart, an elevator going up, then you have to climb down.

Not.

I walk carefully down the steps, cautiously looking round every corner for so called 'E'. I hear another bang. The stairs under my feet rattle. I'm getting closer. I make it to the final step, and I spot a grey door. It says:

Did they really miss out all the vowels? Wooow. I open the door, roll behind some crates, and examine where the Hades I am.

Its like a giant garage, with cranes and a box carrier here and there. One of the tables are full of tools. Screwdrivers, hammers, drills, those kind of stuff. One wall is covered in spears, swords, tridents...

Wait, What?

A whole wall covered in weapons tells me this isn't a regular workshop.

I creep silently towards a crane, then roll behind some more crates, and I nearly scream.

Dangling from a hook is Leo. He's in terrible shape. His face is bruised, cuts everywhere, and a big scar goes right from his forehead to his cheek. His whole body is tied up, wrapped fully in rope, and gagged. I don't know why he hasn't just burnt it.

Oh wait, he's unconsious.

I then spot Percy. He's fine, except for the fact that he's tied up and gagged, like Leo. They arn't upside down, thankfully. I hear a voice. It's not the same one from my dream, but still chills me to the bone.

"I won't harm you till the girl comes. And she'll make a nice meal. But when I'm finished with her, Jackson, you'll look worse than him. We have unfinished buisness."

Percy somehow shakes off his gag and yells "She'll come. But she'll be ready! You don't know who you-"

"Oh SHUT UP!" She screams. She ties up the gag again, and makes him bang against the wall. He groans.

I hear a woof. Right behind me. I turn, and see a chiuaua.

"Whats that sonny?" The lady asks. I hear her step towards me. Moonshadow comes into my hands. I sit, ready to pounce. And she appears.

Its a fat lady. A fat lady. With a forked tongue.

E.

"Echidna" I gasp.

"And it looks like your just in time" She hisses. Her chiuaua starts to transform.

It grew larger and larger, muscles rippling onto its legs. It started to grow a lions head, and a goats body. It has a blood-caked mane, and a ten-foot-long diamondback snake-headed tail which grows out of its shaggy behind. It blew fire into the air.

The Chimera.

I backed towards Leo. If I can just get close enough...

"Yessssss, silly girl. Heal your male hero friend. It wont help him out of his magical bonds" Echidna hisses.

Dam it.

The Chimera blew fire at me, and I quickly dodged. I jumped backwards over its tail, also avoiding his bite. I roll under his legs, and swipe at the beast. A long gash on his belly, and it just made him blow fire under his legs. I sent a wave of water up, and rolled out under his legs. The Chimera swiped high, and sent his tail low. I dived inbetween them.

Percy is staring at me, shocked.

The Chimera swipes at me low, and I jump onto its paw. I swiftly climb up it, and grab onto its mane. It tries to shake me off, but fails miserablly. I look over to Percy.

Enchidna has grabbed a sword and a baseball bat, and starts beating Percy. She brings out a vial, and takes some of Percy's blood. Anger rushes through my body. I need to kill this Chimera.

I grab the fur, which was luckily quite easy to grip, and started to climb towards its belly. It got harder to grip, since the shaking was worse here, and the Chimera swiped or blew fire at me sometimes. I finally got to the part that I needed. Moonshadow had grown into a long sword, and I plunges it.

Straight into the Chimera's heart.

Echidna stops, and stares.

"M-my- SONNY!" She screams. She glares daggers at me. "YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT!"

She runs over to some soil, jumping an arrow that I shot. She sprinkles Percy's blood over the soil.

"RISE MINIONS! RI-"

I cut her short by shooting an arrow at her heart. She dissolves into dust. I drag myself over to Percy, and use the rest of my energy to heal him. I untie him, then crumple onto the ground. I hear Percy calling my name, but I black out.
