One| Back Again

Aphmau watched the cameras intently, her gaze flickering from animatronic to animatronic. Foxy stayed in the Pirate Cove, while Bonnie was in the game room and Freddy stayed on Stage. Chica was no where to be found until Aph looked up at the small window to the right of her. The chicken type animatronic gazed through the glass blankly. "Great," Aph muttered. She knew that Bonnie protected her rather than harmed her, so he was not a threat. Freddy and Foxy stayed where they were, so the only one she had to worry about was CHica. The power went out at 5:50 as Chica and Aphmau stared at each other/ The girl decided not to turn the generator on. The lights flickered on, then off, and Golden Freddy appeared in the room. She screamed in fear of the bear like creature. A banging on the door caught her attention and she looked to see Bonnie standing in the window. Almost immediately, she let the purple animatronic into the room. Golden Freddy disappeared and the Bonnie left the room. "Andy......" Aphmau's voice was a whisper as a music box played, telling her that it was 6:00 AM and she was free to go. She ran form the pizzeria, tears in her eyes. When she got home, she immediately went to her room and changed. After she changed, she broke down and cried. A few minutes later, knocking on the door interrupted her. Quickly, she wipes away her tears and put the hood of her hoodie over her head. "Aphmau, let me in. I saw you come in the front door." Katelyn's voice rang through the door. "C-come in." Aphmau's voice was shaky. "What in the hell happened?" The blue haired woman asked. "It's nothing, Katelyn." The raven haired girl replied, calming herself as much as possible. "You were crying, I can see the tear stains on your face. Tell me, Aph, please." Katelyn insisted, her eyes giving away a passion that betrayed the ice cold seriousness of her voice. Aphmau looked away. She couldn't stand keeping what she does every night a secret when it hurts her so much, but would anyone really believe her? She decided to chance it anyway. "I work the night shift at Freddy Fazbears Pizzeria. The animatronics, they......" Her voice became quiet as she trailed off. "All except for Bonnie, they're deadly. If I got caught by them, I'll most likely be.....killed....." As she spoke, her voice got quieter and tears sprang into her eyes. "Oh my god, Aphmau..... Why would you have a job that's so dangerous?" Concern edged Katelyn's normally stern voice. "I have to! For....for Andy and Claire....." "Andy and Claire?" The bluenette questioned. "My nephew and sister." Suprise flared in Katelyn's eyes. "Nephew and sister? You've never talked about them." Aphmau just shook her head. "I haven't seen Claire in forever, and Andy...... He went missing a long time ago. But I know where he is. He's Bonnie." The black haired girl finished. Sadness sparked her eyes to life, making them look dull yet like they sparkled at the same time. Katelyn pulled Aphmau into a hug. "Please, Aphmau.... Be careful with this job. I know I can't stop you from doing it, but--" She was cut off by Aph. "I'll be careful, Kate." "Thank you..." Katelyn mumbled. By the time the two seperated from the hug, the sun was already in the sky and there was a knocking on Aphmau's door. "Aphmau~Senpai? Travis~Kun says he wants to see you." Kawaii~Chan's voice came from the other side of the door. "Okay, thanks Kawaii~Chan." Aphmau responded, her voice hiding the fear that still crawled in her mind like a bug. Minutes later, she was in the living room with Travis sitting on the couch beside her. "What do you want, Travis?" The woman questioned. "I know that you work at Freddy's." Travis began, "you shouldn't work there. It's too dangerous." "I can't stop working there. How did you know that I work there in the first place?" Anger swam in her eyes. "I sort of followed you? You were walking down the street at almost 12 AM, how could I not notice you? Why can't you stop working there? Just go and quit." The white haired boy asked. "You followed me??" Aph nearly shouted. She forced herself to remain calm. I can't just go and quit, I have to stay there for Andy. My nephew." "You have a nephew!?" He shouted. "Quiet down!" Aphmau demanded. "Yes, I have a nephew. Just forget about all of this, Trav." She added. Travis sighed and ran his hand through his white hair. "I won't forget about it, but I'll let it go for now." He told her, seemingly reluctantly. "Thank you."
