(Third POV)

Aaron looked strangely at everyone in The Few. He knew none of them, but Aphmau knew all of them. She had been keeping the secret of them. "Err, my names Alex." Alex said, walking closer to Aaron. "I'm Aaron," replied Aaron, still a bit wary. But in a way, he trusted them all.

(Salenias POV)

My mouth fell open. How could this woman know about my wings? "How do you know about my wings?" I asked and Ria smiled. "I was one of the angels sent to take them. Salenia, you need your wings to complete your destiny. And yet you gave them up to give a dream. Lily almost died to give that dream. Was it worth it? Tell me the truth." Her face fell into a frown. Taking a deep breath, I gave my reply. "Yes." Looking at my feet I added, "she had to learn true pain in order to face the future." Lily knew about it, but she swore not to tell anyone. Aphmau and Sly looked confused. Ria smiled a little. "You can leave if you want." She told them, and Sly left. Aphmau looked like she was going to stay, but backed away. Now only Lily, Ria and me were left. "What destiny do I have that i need my wings?" I whispered. When I put my head up, and what I saw made me gasp. Lily had white wolf ears and a white wolf tail. She had even brighter blue eyes than before and gold around her pupil. "L-Lily? Why do you have ears and a tail?" She stepped closer to me with a kind smile on her face. "I forgot to say. I'm a werewolf." Her eyes sparkled in the moonlight. Teeth as sharp as knives replaced her other dull k-nine teeth. "I must go now. Salenia, if you need me, call my name." Ria's figure faded into the darkness. "Why didn't you tell me?" I didn't take my gaze away from Lily. We were best friends, we were like sisters. And yet she didn't tell me that she's a werewolf? "Because you never told me that you had no opposite. You never told me that you weren't good or evil." She countered. "I...." I could feel a lump in my throat. "I'm gonna go." Then she left. Tears pricked my eyes. She never left me before. She's never just gone....What if I lose her forever? As I walked in the opposite direction, the tears fell. How long had I been walking? I had no idea. Then, it started raining. But I didn't stop. Then I bumped into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry!" He said. His eyes were green and he had brown hair. I recognized him. Vylad! "Its ok. What's your name?" I asked. He had been walking out of a store and not noticed me when he bumped into me. "My names Vylad. Yours?" He asked, and I could feel my tears going away. "Salenia. Nice to meet you."
