Thirty-Four| Could It Be Love?

(Third POV)

Aaron sat with Lilith on his lap. He was exhausted, but he had to do what Aphmau had asked him to do. Lilith and I watched as Light and Dan played joyfully. Aaron chuckled as Light hit Dan on his hand to stop him from taking a toy. Lilith got up and went to play with them, even though she was seven and they were one. But they all got along well.

(Aphmau's POV)

We all stood inside of Asgard. It had been years since i'd been there. Sly had a small frown on his face. I went over to him and smiled. "What's wrong?" I asked, slightly worried. "Nothing." He shook his head and walked out. I knew something was wrong, but decided not to follow him. Katz came over to me. He had been a bit quiet during my being back. "Where did Sly go?" He asked me and I shrugged. "No idea. But something's wrong, I can feel it." And then he walked out.

(Lily's POV)

I woke to Sly crying in a corner and Katz trying to wake me. "What...?" I croaked. Katz hugged me tightly, "thank Irene you're okay!" Sly looked up and came running over. "I'm so sorry, Lily! I didn't mean to. I didn't know what I was doing!" He cried and I hugged him weakly. Then I noticed the blue gem a few feet away. "The gem!" I said and tried to reach it. Katz lied me back down and got it for me. When it was in my hands it started glowing brightly. "That looks like......" Sly trailed away and pulled out a gem. It was purple. "Castor has an orange one. It makes him really fast. Mine is purple, it gives me super strength. I wonder what yours does...." Sly added. What did mine do? Then I did something that Deadpool is not supposed to do. I flew. "I'm guessing this is what it does." I went back down to the ground. Katz stood still, gaping at me. "Yeah." Sly agreed. "Should we go to the others?" Katz said, breaking the awkward silence that had groped us for a minute or two. "Yeah," I took my mask off and we all walked to Asgard. Katz and I had a connection. No one knew why we felt so close, not even us. Maybe some unspoken......love? I mention this because of how close we were walking on the way, and how close we were at Asgard. We all walked into the large white building and saw everyone, even Castor who was a blur as he ran around. Then i saw Aphmau and walked over to her, Katz leaving my side. He kept biting his lip like he was going to say something. "Hey!" Aphmau waved when i reached her. "Hey Aphmau." I grinned widely, even though it hadnt been long since i had seen her, it felt like ages.

The sun was disappearing from the sky. Pink, blue, orange and more colors were spread across the sky. Katz was walking with me to go home since we lived very close to each other. Then he stopped. "Lily, i need to speak with you." He sounded very serious. "Ok," I said. "Lily, I love you. We have known each other for quite a while. I just....I just needed to tell you how i feel about you. How do you feel about me?" He told me. I blushed and looked into his eyes. "I love you too Katz."
