Chapter 18

Kat is coming home today. Of course I can't pick her up but her mom say I can go over her house. I have requested off so I can spend it with Kat. I went over her house. As usual her mom look at me wrong and like she doesn't want me here but I don't care I'm staying anyways. I'm so happy to see that Kat is back but we do have a lot to talk about but we have never have talk about anything in her house and I wont start today. We spend the whole after noon talking how everything over there is different because the girls get treated really bad if they look like whores. They can't wear short skirts because they are call prostitutes. Kat brought me a perfume and lotion so she can give me massages. Her mom brought my a small towel. I went home. I was so happy her mom bring me something. I got home and show my mom what they gave me she just smile. I went to sleep. I woke up and today I have school and work which sucks but I'm used to it. Today is my brother birthday and we are going out with Kat and some of my brothers friends. Im picking Kat up and my mom is dropping the guys at the movies with my brother. We are watching furious. I love this movies so I had to cone and watched it. I got to Kat house and I texted her I"m outside. I see her cone out in this really great dress and im just wearing a regular shirt and jeans. She really looks cute and sexy and elegant. "Hey, I wish I would of known that we where dressing fancy so I would off too but you look very cute and sexy and I'm turn on" I say to Kat. "Well if that's what you think I can go back home and stay there and not go out" said Kat. "What do u mean? And why are you getting angry?" I said. "Because you just told me I shouldn't of dress like this"said Kat. "I never said that, I said I wish I knew so I would Off dress fancy too" I say. We got to the movie theater. "Do you want anything?" I said. She didn't respond. We went to the room of the movie. "I want soda" I said to Kat. I went down stairs and there was a big line to get snacks. My phone started ringing and it was Kat calling. "Yes" I said. "The movie is about to start" said Kat. "Ok thank you" I said. I went back upstairs and we didn't talk at all. I went to drop her off at her house and she just said bye. I got home and I started thinking of how Prom is in a couple of months and we have to start getting ready for it. The next day I saw Kat in the library. "would you like to go with me to prom" I ask Kat. "sure, under one condition" Say Kat. "oh, no" I say. "it's nothing bad" say Kat. "well what is it" I say. "I'm going to buy my own my dress" say Kat. "but all of that I got to do because I'm inviting you and they are a lot of money" I say. I mean it's great that's $500 less I have to spend. "ok deal, but you got to get the dress in yellow and you got to get the dress first so then I can get my suit" I say. "ok, thank you" say Kat. "thank you for what" I say. "for not just assuming that because we are dating we would just go, I mean that's how it works but thank you" Say Kat. "thank you for accepting" I say. The bell rang and I'M walking Kat to Her class. I went to work. I'm thinking of where I'm going to get the suit from.  Where may going to find a limo and how much would that be. I got home and I'm feeling really tired from thinking too much. I couldn't sleep so I call Kat, I'm sure she's awake. She didn't answer so I went to sleep. three weeks has pass by and now we are in the begging of June and in 3 weeks is prom. This semester I have a class called family living and they teach you how to raise kids, what women's period is and when they can really get pregnant. The final exam is to take a baby  for 24 hours and take care of it like it's your own kid and feed it and change it. Today is my day to have Kid but I also Have too work so I have to stop it for five hours, which means I have to have this kid for two full school days. I didn't want to call out from work but that's what I should of done. I went to pick up the baby and I choose a girl because I want my first kid to be a girl when I have Kids. I went to class and everyone was making fun of me. "are you going to name it Maria" say Kat. "I should sense that's my mom's name but no I name her Nathany" I say. I got mad so I walk out of the class and went to walk. Everyone kept looking at me specially when the baby cry but it should be normal. I went to work and everyone was just looking at me I left the baby in a safe place and I went to work. Its 8 o-clock and there is a line but I have to leave cuz I know the baby will start crying as soon as it gets turn on again. I rush to clock out and before I can make it to the baby it started crying. I left by the back door because I was to embarrassed to go by the front. I didn't sleep at all because the baby kept crying. I went to school and I had to have the baby all day because of the hours I work. Kat did not help me at all with the baby I guess shes mad about her own stupidity. It's the end of the day and I went to turn in the baby. I got a 98% on it. I mess up overnight because I took for ever to change the baby. Kat gave me a peace of her dress so I can go order it. I went where we did my cousin suit for her sweet sixteen. The weekend has pass and now is Monday. I went to school in regular time. It's homeroom and I went to pick up the invitations for prom. I went to pick up Kat from her class. "Here" I say. "No thank you" say Kat. "Wow ok" I say as I'm turning around and walking away. "Wait" say Kat. I continue to walk. I went to her locker and I left it there. I left school and went home. The card was an invitation to prom. I thought she wanted to go but I guess she change her mind. I for got I made plans with Vane to go look at limos. I went back to school to pick up Vane. We went to two places and we pick one of them which they gave us the limo for $2,560 which came out $320 each of us but just half the people. This is the cheapest place. I drop off Vane at her house. Then I went home. Prom is in a week and I'm going to go get my suit today. I'm at the place and the lady is telling is not ready but to come that it will be here by then that's  3 days before prom. Today is Monday and I still gotta go and pick up my suit. The lady told me that the suit is not there but to go Thursday that it will be there. I don't like this but I have no choice. Today is Tuesday and I'm going out to eat with Kat. We went to Applebees and now we are going to my house. We started fitting about her working at  mcdonals where her exboyfriend work and her exboyfriend father. We are in front of my house and I get out of the car and I slam the door and I broke it. "I didn't know I was this strong " I say. I was so mad inside. We saw and a movie and I went to drop her off. It's Thursday and is the day of prom. It's 12 o'clock and I'm here at the place of the suit. "I'm sorry, your suit is still not here but it will be here by 2pm" said the lady. I couldn't believe this. There is a good Hondurian restaurant call el catracho and I went to eat there with a friend just to kill time. I went at 2 o-clock just like she said but my suit is still not here. I call Kat" I'm sorry but I'm not going to prom". "What after all this time, you gotta go" say Kat really mad. I froze. I don't know what to do. I'm staring at my friend like what do I do. "Relax" said my friend. "I can't, I don't know what to do" I say. "I have an idea, google places that rent and do the suit the same day" said my friend. I did it and we call 10 different places none did it. "There is no hope"I say with tears in my eyes because I really want to go and now I can't. "There is one more place" say my friend. "Lets go to it" I say. We went to it and it was the wrong address. We got to the place and now I only have one hour left and I haven't even shower and I gotta meet my friends at a different house. They made the suit in 45 minutes. That only leaves me 15 minutes to shower and change. Oh my god I for got to to buy the flower and I have no money because I spend it all on the suit which cost me $487 which is too much money but I do look good on it. Thank fully my dad is driving me to the limo and I ask to barrow money which the flower was $4.50 which is nothing. We got to prom and we had so much fun the only thing was that it started raining when we where in the limo and we couldn't take pictures out side. It's time to go home and one of the girls has to go home so its only 15 of us and I didn't want to go with them to the city. They needed money and Kat was going to give them money and I say no. I look down and I just realized that I'm wearing white socks. They drop us off at my house and they went to the city. Kat dress was weird it took me 5 minutes to take it off. I was happy because we get to spend all night together and in my room. "Wake up,wake up" say Kat. "Its almost six and I still have to go to school today and I need to go home and change" say Kat. Two weeks has pass by and It's time for my graduation. Her mom didn't want to go like always so we are going with my mom and then after we are going out to eat. We went to pick up Kat. She came out of her house and I see her with jeans and a shirt. I look at my brother. "Why can't  she wear a dress is a really big thing" I say. "No one ever understand women" said my brother.  She came in the car and I pretended like nothing is wrong but she knows me better then that. "I can see it in ur eyes that something is wrong" say Kat. "That's my line but it's nothing important so lets just for get about it" I say. "It's the way you are dress" say my mom in Spanish. We stood in silence. "I can't believe I'm graduating and I'm getting old now" I say. We continue in silence. "Where are we going to eat after this mom" I ask my mom. "It's your choice" say my mom. After the graduation and taking pictures we are going to olive garden. After we went to my house. Kat's mom is picking her up in a hour. We are in my room and she ask "what is not important". "Well it would of been nice if you would of wear a dress or something that makes you look elegant and not casual" I say. "I don't understand you, past time I wear that, you got mad at me" said Kat. "That was a different time and I didn't get mad at you, I just told you how I felt and you got mad and didn't want to talk to me" I say. She got a call and it was from her telling her she was outside. I went to drop her off at the car and I went back inside.
