Chapter 14

After sitting next to Kat, the teacher ms. Applewhite told me that I had to move sits. I didn't want to because this is where Kat sits. She move me to the next road behind sammy and next to Maria. Now its going to be the biggest problem. Me and sammy play to much so the two of us together is also not a great idea. When we got out of class Kat was mad at me. "It's not my fault she sat me there" I say. "Well you should of told her to keep you there" say Kat. "How can I tell her that, she's the teacher and no matter what I say she's going to put me where she feels like it, plus we don't know why she put me there maybe there is a reason why she put me there" I say. We continue to walk in silence. We got to her class and she went in and I waited her to come out. The bell rang again and she didn't come out. I left to my class and the teacher was not here so I had a free period. I saw Vane and she told me she had a free period too so we went out to eat. I had one class left because I only come to 4 periods and then I'm done so this year is awesome. First period I have science lab on B days and in A days I have free. Second period I have science so it's both days. Third period I have gym on A day's and free on B days. 4th period on B day's I have senior project and A days I have free. 5th period I have S.S. On both day's. I love my schedule because I had time for everything. So I decided to cut 5th period and not go back to school and I had work at 12 so I didn't even want to go anymore. Kat texted me. "Why didn't you say bye to me" said Kat txt. I didn't reply still I got out of work. I'm not mad, but I'm just not in the mood to talk to anyone, even though I was at work. "I didn't say bye because you went into your class and never came out so I didn't think of saying bye to you" I replied to Kat text from earlier. I went home and I was tired, I shower and I turn off my phone and went to sleep. The next morning I had no choice but to see Kat because we where in the same class. I sat next to Maria just to be a jerk. I wanted to show Kat that she can trust me no matter what girl was next to me. Sammy was in this class too. Me and sammy in the same class is that a good thing for Maria. I got up and went to sharpen my pencil and then Maria got up to sharpen her pencil and she try and it wasn't working and she try 3 times. I started laughing and then the whole class started laughing and then sammy got up to sharpen his pencil. "Watch it work" say Maria. "It will work" say sammy. He started to sharp the pencil and the first time it started working. I started laughing non stop. The class also started laughing and Maria just got red and Mrs. Applewhite told me and sammy to get out of the class. She knew we had done something to the pencil sharpener. As I am walking out I saw Kat face and she was smiling. She didn't like Maria and anything I do bad to her Kat will smile. Me and sammy left her class. We went to eat breakfast sense now we have free. The bell rang and I didn't go pick up Kat from class. I have gym and it's right here so I didn't feel like walking to the third floor. Kat text me "thanks for picking me up". I didn't reply because it sounds silly and plus is her fault I got kick out of class. After gym I change fast because I need to go pick up Kat from her class. I have free so it's really good. I fix everything with Kat. Its now October and I'm excited because my birthday is in this month. My mom told she was going to do a party for me. I don't like parties but my mom was going to do it whether I say yes or no. Today is my birthday. I'm 17 now. My last year in high school. I'm so happy there is nothing that can ruin my day. My party is at a restaurant and it's only family and one best friend name Jose. Kat convince her mom to let her go but her mom didn't come. All I want is to have great a time. I didn't really see that happening sense we are at a restaurant but I had to make it great somehow. I started taking picture of everything on my phone and I started taking them of me and Kat. "Please stop" say Kat. "Why" I say. I don't think I'm doing something wrong. I took one more picture and Kat run off. I didn't want to fallow her. "Go after her" say my mom in Spanish. She run towards the bathroom so I went after her. "I'm on my period" say Kat. "I understand" I say. We walk back to the table. We sat and I pretended like I was happy but this party is so boring, it's full of drunk people and adults. I'm almost an adult but not yet. I saw Kat texting so I got mad. "Who are you texting" I say. "My mom and she wants me to go home now" say Kat. "The party hasn't ended and we gotta do the cake and people are still eating" I say and now I'm getting frustrated. I left my own party to go drop off Kat. Now this party really sucks. I don't like parties for this reason. I went back to the party because I had no choice. This has not been the best day but for sure not the worst. I want to run away and leave everything behind. We left the restaurant and we went home. My dad was so drunk that he started fitting with us. I went in my room and I heard yelling and he hit my mom. I run out of my room and I push him and my brother yell stop. I froze and the he push me back. He tried to punch me but he miss because he was drunk. My mom run in the middle of us. I started walking away when he push me again. I turn around and hit his knee. He went down and I was going to kick him in the face when my brother jump in the middle and told me to leave him alone. I went back in my room shaking. I feel so cold. I have never been this mad in my life. I call Kat. No answer. I call again and no answer. How can scape this? This has been the worst birthday ever. All I want to do is leave this world.
