Hola!

Taking forever, I know /.\

WAQAS' POV

"Mere kapre theek hein?" I asked Roop one last time as we stepped out of the airport and she gave me a bored look.

"Larki dekhne Nahi jaa rahe ho, chill," She rolled her eyes at me.

Yeah, Why am I so worked up?

"But still," I sighed, "they are still my in laws."

"Hamari shadi ho chuki hai," she said, "ab phate hue kapre pehen Kar jao Toh bhi koi Kuch nahi kehne wala!"

I raised an eyebrow, looking down at the formals she had picked for me. Suit, boot, tie pehna Kar kehti hai koi farak Nahi padta.

"Woh kya hai na madam, by chance koi mil gayi Toh impression Acha padna chahiye na!" I smiled at her, and she raised an eyebrow at me.

"Kyun? Ek biwi kafi Nahi hai?"

I pointed my index finger in the air, wiggling it, "They say ek Se bhale do, aur do Se bhale—"

"Sochna bhi mat!" She gasped, holding my fingers just when I pointed the second one.

"Soch liya!" Whispering, I stepped closer, and smiled at her, "ab kya Kar legi?"

"Marr jaaungi."

Her face held a grim expression and I gulped, looking into her eyes, uncomfortably. Why does she have to act so serious when it was all a joke?

"Roo—"

Suddenly a flash blinded us and I pulled my hand away from her to cover my eyes. Kaun pagal hai?

"Aap Aur aapki media," Roop groaned beside me, answering me, as I rubbed my eyes, trying to see better.

"Sorry sir!" A man came running up to us and I frowned, seeing a DSLR in his hands, "myself Hadif. Woh freelance journalist hoon."

He smiled at me nervously and I took his camera from him. He frowned at me but before he could protest, I opened the gallery to view the picture. First I was going to delete it, but then I smiled at it. It was kinda cute!

"Email it to me, please," I told Hadif and pulled out my wallet to give him my visiting card.

"Sure sir! Sure, definitely!" He fumbled nervously and I suppressed my amusement. "You take nice pics. But next time photo Lo Toh bata kar Lena. Koi case Kar dega warna."

"J-jee," he nodded at me, nervously, "sir aapke Saath ek photo...."

His smile flattened slightly as voice trailed off, like he was scared I would say no.

"I'll take it," Roop volunteered, bringing a smile on his lips again. He gave her the camera as he came to stand beside me and Roop clicked a couple of photo for him.

"Thank you sir!" Hadif smiled at us once he had looked at the photos and left.

Suddenly I felt a tap on my hand and looked down at it. A few more taps followed. "It's raining?" I mouthed, more like questioning.
