Your POV
It was a normal day. You boarded the underground subway to get to school, and you took a bus back. Yawning, you checked your phone for the time. It's a little late..., you told yourself. Suddenly, the subway appeared from a tunnel and shuttered to a stop in front of you. You boarded on with a bunch of other students and adults heading to work. You wore your private school uniform, and felt that you stood out from all of the other public school uniforms. You sighed, and moved to the window next to the car.
The subway took off, and you held onto one of the many metal poles. You brushed a strand of h/c behind your ear, and looked through the window to the other car.
A young boy your age stood there, staring back at you. You blushed slightly, and realized he was quite cute. Bright blonde hair and glowing green eyes, he seemed to be intensely staring at you.
You looked away, but then curiously looked back. He was smiling. You smiled back, gripping the metal bar tighter. He brought his hand up, and hesitated for a moment.
Then he waved.
You laughed, and waved back. He grinned wider.
Suddenly, the subway came to a stop, and you quickly averted your eyes from the boy, stepping off and rushing to school.
Will I ever see him again?
Adrien's POV
She was beautiful.
From the moment I saw her through the subway window, I was hopelessly in love with her.
My heart yearned for her.
Her uniform screamed "private school", but that didn't matter. All I knew was that she would take that subway.
Her eyes were a gorgeous shade of e/c, and her h/c hair flowed elegantly in the dim subway light. I didn't know what to do; she left me speechless.
Then I managed to do the only thing I could do.
Wave.
I waved, and she laughed, and waved back. I felt a blush fill my face. I thought about mouthing something else, but she averted her eyes, and stepped off the subway with everyone else.
I didn't even know that the ride was over,
I was so mesmerized by her.
I immediately snapped back to my senses, and charged off the subway in search of her.
She was nowhere to be found.

Your POV
Everyday, you saw the boy on the subway, yet everyday you hurried off. His glowing smile, and everything about him was perfect. You felt yourself slowly falling in love with him.
Everyday, you got on the subway, and waited by the window. He would appear.
And he would wave.
You would wave back, and smile.
He would smile back.
When the tension got awkward, you averted your eyes, and the ride would just about be over by then. You hurried away, and you weren't sure why.
Probably because you were too afraid to talk to someone as bright and bubbly as him.
It didn't matter, you got to see him everyday.
And that's what mattered.

Adrien's POV
She didn't show up.
For the first time since I saw her, she wasn't there. I stayed by the window, hoping that she, in all her glory, would appear through the window.
She never came.
I stepped off the subway, feeling foolish for thinking just waving to an amazing girl like her would ever make her want to use the same subway just to see me.
Maybe she'll be back tomorrow.

5 years later...

Your POV
You were finally back in Paris. You had suddenly transferred overseas and returned 5 years later to Paris to study for college. You explored all of the new sights you had missed, and enjoyed all of the old places you used to hang out around. It was your first day at the college, and you happened to be boarding the subway that you used to take when you were in high school.
You laughed to yourself as you stepped onto the subway and moved toward the side of the car, near the window.
You fixed your hair that was falling from your h/c bun, and straightened out your casual outfit, ready to make a good impression at the college.
You sighed, clutching onto a metal pole as the subway lurched.
You causally looked out the window to the next car.
You couldn't even stifle your short gasp.
The boy. He was there.
Adrien's POV
She's here
I felt my heart leap for the first time since all those years ago.
The girl.
She's here, she's back.
I felt myself begin to sweat, and I tugged at my collar. I ran a hand through my hair, and smiled at her.
She looks as beautiful as the first time I saw her.
She smiles back. I feel my head scream with the yearning to call out to her.
Then, I do the only thing I've ever been able to do.
I wave.
She laughs. Again. She waves back. Again. She smiles.
I want her.
Her and only her.
Your POV
You want to meet him.
The subway screeches to a sudden halt, and you shuffle through the crowd out of the subway into a clearing.
You climb up the stairs out into the fresh air, and you can see your campus a little while down the pavement.
Suddenly, someone grabs your hand.
You whip around, and see the boy standing before you.
You feel your face flush, and you brush another strand of h/c hair behind your ear.
You smile at him, and notice that he's gotten very handsome, as well as the fact that he has the same badge logo on his bag, so you know he attends the same college as you.
The boy smiles, and let's go of your hand.
You notice him staring at your bag, and that he has noticed that same badge as well.
Even as where you were both standing was one of the busiest places in Paris, with the bustling of people and cars, or the warm autumn wind, you could only see and hear the boy standing before you.
He held out his hand.
"Hi", he said softly but confidently. "I'm Adrien."
