~Stephanie's POV~
"Get up bunny," someone shakes me, no doubt my annoying brother Conner.
"Stop calling me that," I groan, turning on my stomach.
"You better hurry, it's already 7:38," he says, messing in my hair.
I shove the blankets off and look at the clock, which says 6:15.
"You idiot," I yell at him; he still has his pajamas on.
He runs out if the room, my chasing after him with my red pillow.
We end up in the living room, where dad is watching the news and drinking coffee.
He jumps over the couch and I follow him, but trip and fall on my arm.
He lens over me and laughs, until mom grabs him by the ear, then I laugh; until she grabs my too.
"Ow mom, that hurts," he says, leaning his head slightly toward her so she's not tugging painfully at his ear.
"He started it," I say, doing the same.
"You two need to stop this nonsense every morning. Now hurry and get ready for school," she scolds us, letting go of our ears at the same time.
We both run up the stairs, him tripping on a stair and me laughing. He gets up and shoves past me, making me hit the wall.
"Idiot," I yell at him.
He just laughs and runs into his room.
I roll my eyes. I swear, if he weren't my brother I'd choke him.
I go into my room and lock the door so he can't come in.i take a 10 minute shower and get dressed in red high waisted shorts, red and white striped crop top, white knee high socks, and black flat boots. I put my hair in a high ponytail, my bangs framing my face lovingly. I put on red lipstick, and a little blush. I hurry and put my books into my back pack and put it over my shoulder.
I quickly spray myself with Justin Bieber's perfume and hurry down the stairs.
Conner is already down in the living room talking with dad. I groan, knowing mom would want to talk to me about how I need to keep my appearance and not wear such inappropriate clothing. And I can't necessarily go to school without Conner, 'cause I don't have a car. Apparently I need to figure out what I'm gonna do with my life before I get one.
I have figured out my life, I want to go to college and get a degree in writing, get a condo in New York or California, publish books, get rich, meet mr. Right, and become famous. But then again, a model has always been an option also, I could become a model, publish books, meet Mr. Right, and have little children.
Whatever, I'll figure it out later.
"Conner, can we go now," I whine from behind the couch.
He holds up a figure telling me to wait a minute. I cross my arms over my chest.
"Hey dad, can I go to a party tonight," he asks.
"Did you ask your mother," he asks, not taking his eyes from the t.v.
"Yeah," his shoulders slump.
"And what did she say," he asks again.
"She said no, but I promise I'll come home early, I won't drink, and I-"
"You can go if you take your sister with you," he says taking a sip of his coffee.
I jump up and down, clapping my hands together.
