Chapter 3: My little cabbage

Pairing: Miyagi x Shinobu

Shinobu was going through all the kitchen cabinets. He opened a door, sighed then closed it again. This he repeated for almost a quarter.

Miyagi looked at him from behind his newspaper, with a smoking cigarett in his mouth.

-"Are you looking for something, Shinobu?"

Shinobu took his time answering, as he was busy with opening and closing cabinet doors.

-"Yes. I can't find any of my cabbage. I'm sure I bought a big bag full of 'em yesterday."

Miyagi just shrugged, then returned to his newspaper.

-"Maybe you're remembering wrong. Or then the cabbage monster ate all."

Miyagi snickered to himself. In reality it was him who had hidden all the cabbage under his and Shinobus shared bed. He was getting tired of eating it every day. Cabbagesoup, cabbagesalad... cabbage this, cabbage that.

The paper was snatched from his hands. Annoyed, he looked up at Shinobu.

-"Hey! I was reading that!"

Shinobu had that calm, but stonehard look on his face. It annoyed Miyagi even more.

-"I do not care. Now stop being a lazy-ass and help me find my cabbage."

Miyagi sighed and got up.

-"You've already been through every cabinet in the kitchen. Twice. Why don't we forget about it and, I don't know, go out to eat for once or something?"

Shinobu looked sucpiciously at him for a moment. Then he let out a small sigh and nodded.

-"I guess that wouldn't hurt."

Miyagi just smiled.

When they came home it was already 10 pm. Shinobu gave a small yawn.

-"I'm going to bed. Come join me when you're ready."

Miyagi nodded and watched as Shinobu disappeared into their room.

Before he even got to move a centimeter, an angry voice was heard from their room.

-"Miyagi! You've been hiding all the cabbage here!"
