Louis' POV
As we walk hand in hand, I notice that he didn't care about the looks given by people. I was always so shy and cowardly when people gave me looks of disgust, but Harry made it better. God, my mind is literally HarryHarryHarry & I can't bring myself to mind. I was sad to think he was ignoring me and thought I wanted to spend all my time with Niall. I start to hum slightly and swing our hands. He chuckles at my childish behavior but nonetheless, smiles at me. "So where we going?" I ask bouncing a bit as we walk. "A little dinner up the road. maybe not as good as Mama Jones but it's something different." I nod before I stop in my tracks. He raises an eyebrow in question, and I tell him to put his back towards me. He spins forward and I jump on his back. Harry stumbles a bit before grabbing my thighs and continuing our walk. "You just had to ask, princess." I giggle and play with the curls behind his ear, "I know, Hazza!!" We walk a bit further before we arrive at a small diner called Maya's.

Inside the diner, we get to pick our own seat and he chooses a booth. I sit across from him and a waitress drops menus off before saying she'll return shortly. Harry puts his hand on the table, and I put my hand in his. "So, how are you doing?" I smile, "I've been good! Ni has gotten better! He's been at these group sessions for sexual assault victims and this is the first time that he hasn't asked me to go." He looks at me with a confused face and I explain, "group sessions you can bring people for support and he usually asks me to go, but today he said he wanted to try as long as I pick him up afterwards." Harry smiles and nods, "you're a good friend, Louis Tomlinson. Though, why did we walk if you had your car?" I shrug, "because it's pretty out." He nods in agreement before a waitress comes back.

The waitress states her name is Alex and asks us for our drinks, but stares a little too long at Harry for my liking. I huff like a child and cross my arms across my chest. The waitress leaves but soon returns with drinks and asks us what we'd like. She seems to only notice Harry is here, and I feel myself getting emotional over such a small thing. I scold myself for being that way since he's not even mine and I look down. Harry asks for some healthy thing, probably something to do with kale, since that is all he talked about when we texted the other day. I order the grilled chicken with salad, but the waitress just nods and stares at Harry after writing down the orders. I want to leave right now, because of my foolishness to think Harry still liked me. I look at my phone and notice Niall won't get out of at least an hour. The waitress finally leaves after talking to Harry, and Harry looks over at me and smiles. "She's nice," he states, and I just nod and take a drink of my water. Harry sighs and takes a drink of his.

The food arrives and I cut my chicken into little pieces. I hear Harry sigh before getting up and sit next to me in the booth. I sigh before laying my head on his shoulder. "I know it's wrong to assume, but you don't have to worry about me liking anyone else, princess," he whispered in my ear. I nod and talk softly enough for him to hear, "I know. I can't help it." He kisses my forehead and pulls his plate of salad with a kale smoothie on the side and eats while my head is still laying in his shoulder. I smile and snuggle into his side and eat some more chicken. The waitress comes back and I go to sit up and move over because he isn't mine. He pulls me closer and kisses my head before asking the waitress for the bill. Alex looks a bit disappointed, but gives the bill. I giggle at the number on the bottom and give Harry a pointed look. He puts his hands up in surrender, and I smile before ripping the number off the bill. Harry chuckles and pays for the bill, and we leave.

Harry's POV
As we walk back to his car, he snuggles into me. I smile in content because I'm very happy. Lunch made me realize that he can be jealous just like me. We are at his car and he's leaning against the car door and I'm looking down at him. "I'm sorry," he mumbles as he buried his face into my chest. I put my fingers under his chin and he looks up at me innocently. Blue and green meeting like the first time at the store. "You're okay, princess. I told you I have you," I whisper softly. He stands up on his toes and looks at me before saying softly, "can I kiss you?" I nod and lean down so our lips touch. Louis adds some force to the kiss and it's a sweet kiss. No tongue yet just as passionate. He giggles and stumbles a bit as we pull away. Louis waves before getting in the car to get Niall. I wave back before smiling wider at him being flustered. I watch as he drives off and I head home.
