"shh! alice, you'll wake her up."
wait a second! i have heard that voice before! i moved around a bit, and start opening my eyes a little and try to get out of the blanket but fail, which results in a whine leaving my lips. as soon as the sound had left my mouth i felt a pair of cold hands pick me up.
"what's wrong?"
it was the same man i just heard! wow, who is this dude?! i heard a voice chuckle, hm i wondered where the other two voices were.
" i'm your dad, love."
i heard the voice again. oh, that makes sense! i'm gonna try and open my eyes now i've got to see the world, i slowly start to open my eyes and when i'm halfway a bright light hit my eyes making me quickly close then again. i start again and opened my eyes fully, i was met with a pair of topaz eyes looking straight back at me.
"hello."
i hear daddy say and i gurgled in response, i move my eyes around trying to see everything...wait if this was my daddy, where was my mummy? i look back at my daddy who suddenly has a frown on his face what happened-did i say something! what am i even talking about i can't speak yet! maybe-
"you didn't do anything wrong princess, mummy will be back soon she's just asleep."
daddy lifts me up and places my head on his shoulder, gently rubbing my back.
