Becca's POV

No other surgeons had any better ideas so they let me take over. Which in my opinion is real bad if i was running this place. Yeah sure let a stranger come in and directly take over the world. Why not!

I've read about protocol 492 online on Facebook. It's something about treating some sort of rare disease, or so I'm told. The article i read said "whichever surgeon masters this protocol would receive a high ranking after the surgery was completed." since i like biology, i made it my mission to find out all about this protocol.

"give me the scissors!" i ordered. I had absolutely no idea whether I'm doing any of this right or not. I guess there's a first for everything.

"And those.. Grabber thingys!" yeah i never really studied the names of the tools were supposed to use, but i know the proceedures. Sort of.

"grabber thingys, miss?"

"those..! What you call them.. Tweasers? Yeah tweasers!"

A surgeon handed me a tweaser. (or whatever you called it) i did the cuttings, sewings, plucking, and well basically all that. And to be real honest, i was just doing it on instinct. Well, actually no. Like, how do i explain this.

I just knew that i had to remove a certain something (i don't know the body names either) and basically i was just randomly getting tools. There's skin attached to it? No problem give me scissors I'll cut them free. Need to cut loose some muscles? No problem give me a knife thingy and I'll cut it free. For me, there was no step 1 step 2. There was just the objective. Remove the central stone texture looking thingy.

Since i only had the objective, i didn't know what to avoid cutting at all costs and what not to. I just went- cut cut cut. If i cut like one of the main sensor veins that would be fatal if it was cut, she would be dead and i wouldn't even know.

But i guess that's where those dissection games come in. I used to play them a lot. The graphics were so life like, with blood everywhere, my mom would scold me for playing such games. She would ban me from using the computer for a few days. Then after that i would continue to play. Never gets old.

And just then, when i removed the stone texture thingy, i thought i was victorious, but the next thing gave me a heart attack. ( good thing i was at a hospital)

Viv's heart beat lowered down to a single, straight, horizontal line.
