MISSION MISSION MISSION!!!?

(Kohaku's POV)

I flinched slightly as Naruto gave the cat to the fire lord's wife where she immeaditly crush the poor cat into her her chest. Now I see why she ran away. For Pete's sake even strawberries would run from that woman! And their evil!

"Ha serves you right, damn cat. " Naruto muttered while rubbing the scratch marks Tora had created. I slightly chuckled to myself before looking towards the Hokage.

"Okay, Kakashi's team #7 your next duty is to... go shopping in the next village, help with potatoe digging, and babysit." I groaned and layed my arm across my head. Not more freakin chores! I mean really? Were just doing stuff that people are to freakin lazy to do! Okay calm down Kohaku no reason to go and eat to much broccoli so that you turn green and mean yelling "KOHAKU SMASH! ". Because then there is going to be problems. Haha green and mean, kind of sounds like a leaf.

"No no no! I want to do a better mission then the ones we have been getting!" Naruto yelled out. I would have to agree and by the looks of the rest if our teammates they think so too.

"YOU IDIOT YOUR JUST A ROOKIE! YOU CAN'T JUST GO ON A C-RANKED MISSION! " Iruka-sensai yelled back.

"BUT WE KEEP GETTING THE CRAPPIEST POSSIBLE DUTIES!" I yelled back. What? I'm getting a kick out of this argument.

"Be quiet you two! " Kakashi said as he bonked Naruto's and my head together.

"Owwwwwww. " I groaned as I rubbed my head. I glared at Kakashi. He just shrugged and turned to a talking Naruto.

"I had pork ramen last night so. " He said.

"Can we have Miso this night!? " I asked excitedly.

"Yeah definitely! And then we could have-" He continued but was cut off by a yelling old man.

"Hey!!! Listen!!!" Woah that old man sure dose have a voice, I thought as I rubbed my ears. "You guys just became a Genin so D-ranked missions are perfect for you."

"OH YEAH? WELL IM NOT THE TROUBLE MAKING KID I USED TO BE! Geez... ALL YOU DO IS GIVE LECTURES!" And with that Naruto crossed his arms and turned away from them making our faces become a few inches apart. I felt myself turn bright red as Naruto suddenly seemed closer than a few seconds ago. I felt our breaths mingle before reaching to each other's cheeks and caressing them slightly. We pulled away in embaressed when we heard the Hokage speaking again. Oh my oh geeze oh strawpigs oh llamas oh Kimi's pockies. Were we about to kiss? I mean we were really close to! I could feel his warm breath brush against my lips even tough we weren't anywhere close to each other.

"If you want it that much... I'll give you a c-ranked mission. It's a protection mission of a certain person." The Hokage said. Woah wait a C-ranked mission? THAT IS FREAKIN AWESOME! I had a slight melt down in my head before coming back to the present.

"WHO? A FEUDAL? A LORD? A PRINCESS?" Naruto exclaimed?

"OOO OO OOO! IS IT A LLAMA? PLEASE SAY A LLAMA!" I yelled as hope crossed my eyes. Everyone turned and looked at me. "What? Llama's gotta get some love to." I said with a shrug as if I was talking about the weather. The Hokage just shook his head as Naruto and I slightly laughed for no reason. Sakura looked at me with a glint in her eyes, like she knew something. Frankily she was scaring me. KIMI SAVE ME FROM BUBBLEGUM!

"Calm down your about o meet him. Hey will you please come in here?" The Hokage said. And not to long after he said that a drunk old looking man walked in and leaned on the door.

"Whats this? They are all just a bunch of brats. Expesially the short ones with the stupid looking face. Are you guys really ninjas?" The man said.

"Haha whos the short ones?" Naruto said and then we all lined up. It went from Sasuke, to Sakura, and then Naruto and I. Once it sunk in Naruto ran after the man. I grabbed his arm but Kakashi also had to hold him by the collar. "I'LL KILL YOU!"

"Baka. What's the point of killing the person were are to protect?" Kakashi sighed. (Baka means idiot or stupid. fyi. NOW BACK TO THE STORY!)

"I am the expert bridge builder, Tazuna. And i expect you to protect me untill I get to my country and finish the bridge." Woah demading huh? Welp better get packing for along trip.
