Shoveling a spoonful of cereal in my mouth, my phone buzzes besides me on the table.

ty♥︎: i'm leaving for the train station now, i'll text you when i'm on my train !! 

My heart skips a beat when my eyes flicker over the text. I pull on my Vans, ignoring that I'm still in my pajamas -- black sweatpants and a The Black Keys tee. I grab the keys off of the coffee table and scramble out the door, rushing over to the car parked in the driveway.

My foot seems to press further and further on the pedal, increasing my speed until I'm zooming past every car that gets in my way. Getting there would normally be a fifteen minute drive, but by breaking the speed limit a handful of times, I luckily got there in ten.

Parking isn't hard, as there wasn't many people at the train station on a Friday morning. I practically slam my door in a rush, and start bolting towards the platform. 

"The train for New York City will be departing in 5 minutes, thank you!" A woman's voice crackles over a loudspeaker as I climb up the stairs to the platform. My eyes dart to both directions until I spot Tyler, shielding his head with a black hoodie, and a navy blue backpack slung around his shoulder.

Striding towards him, I almost run him over. He flinches when I step so close to him, but his face softens when his eyes meet mine. 

"Tyler," I breathe out, still trying to catch my breath. "I meant it." His face is confused at first, and he opens his mouth to speak before I cut him off. "I meant to call you my boyfriend. I want to call you my boyfriend." 

He doesn't say anything, just envelopes me into a tight hug. I wrap my arms around his neck and gently sway from side to side with him in my arms. "So," I begin into the material of his hoodie. "Does this mean I can call you my boyfriend?" 

Tyler breaks the hug and looks at me, his face bright red. "You can be my boyfriend, Josh Dun." Before I can respond, he leans up and connects his lips to mine, which are spread into a grin. I return the gesture, and I can feel my face heating up. 

"All aboard for the train to New York City, the doors will be closing in one minute." That dreaded woman's voice comes over the cheap loudspeakers again, and Tyler gives me a sad look.

"Hey, hey, hey," I say, lazily grabbing one of his hands. "Have fun visiting your sister in New York. I'll see you Monday!" Even though I can tell he tried resisting, Tyler's lips break out into an uncontrollable smile. My lips connect with his again, and it's a touch I will never get over. 

He jogs onto the train, and turns around to face me again. "I'll Skype you." He says, his cheeks still red.

This is it. Tyler Joseph is my boyfriend. Officially.
