"Kells, are you awake? Oh, sweetheart." I whisper as I notice that Kellin was latching onto me as we woke up the next morning, and I stroke his hair gently, letting him sleep. He most likely had a bad dream in the middle of the night, and I want him to know that he was okay with waking me up, anytime.

It took a lot of convincing to make me sleep in the same bed with him, I wanted him to keep the bed to himself, but i'm really glad that I actually did. He fell asleep next to me, letting him keep his comfortable distance, but it was so adorable that I wake up to him hugging me tightly. I know that he's already comfortable with me. That makes me happy.

"Nngh, Vic..." He murmurs subconsciously, and I wrap my arm around his small body tightly, closing my eyes and running my fingers through his hair slowly.

"Shh, Kells, keep sleeping, i'm here." I whisper, and he groans softly, burying his face in my neck gently and hugs me tighter.

"I had a bad dream." He whispers, and I lift his chin up gently, making him look at me.

"You should've really woken me up, I would've been completely fine with that. Please wake me up next time, okay?" I say, holding his face in my hands, and he nods, hugging me again.

"Thank you, Viccy." He whispers, and I smile down at him, hugging him back tightly.

"It's no problem, Kells. Do you want to get up now and get ready for a long day of adventuring while I make breakfast, or?" I chuckle, and he squeals, jumping out of bed and running into the bathroom. I laugh and stand up, stretching out, and I shove on a t-shirt, going to the kitchen and turning on.

"Viccy! What color jeans should I wear, blue or black?" Kellin calls, and I smile, chuckling softly.

"Blue!" I call back, and he lets out a grunt of satisfaction, letting me open the fridge.

"What do you want for breakfast, Kells?" I call, and he squeals, running outside in his jeans and nothing else.

"Blueberry pancakes!" He calls, and I smile, once-overing his body and smiling. He blushes deeply, scampering back into the bathroom, and I chuckle, shaking my head and retrieving a box of pancake batter from the fridge.

Kellin was honestly, too cute for his own good. The way he laughed and talked, the way he walked, everything about him was utterly adorable.

"I guess the change in my pocket wasn't enough, i'm like, fuck you and, forget her too!" Kellin sings loudly, and I laugh, listening to his obnoxious singing. I quickly pour a cup of blueberries into the mix, setting large pancakes down in the stove to bake, and I feel Kellin's arms wrap around me from behind.

"You're really comfortable with me, Kellin?" I ask, and he nods, resting against me.

"I know you wouldn't hurt me, Vic." He says, and I turn to face him, holding him tightly.

"Tell me, have you had a boyfriend?" I ask, and he nods, looking at my chest.

"Yeah, he lives a few houses down from mine, his name was Jack." He says, and I run my fingers through his hair slowly, listening. Now, i'm curious.

"How did you meet him?" I ask, and he looks up at me.

"He was my tutor that mommy hired for me, he used to come to my house a lot, and we quickly fell in love. B-But, it was really foolish of me, because he just... He just took everything I had, my heart, my virginity, and he left." Kellin says softly, his voice cracking at the end of his sentence, and my heart shatters into a million pieces. He starts to sniffle, and I shake my head.

Oh, no.

No, no, no.

"Kells, oh, Kells, no, please don't cry, baby boy." I say, gently leaning down so he was looking down at me, and he sniffles, shutting his eyes and placing his hands on my shoulders.

"Kellin, look at me." I whisper, and he does, trembling a little. I wipe away his tears gently, and he does, tears still welling at his eyes.

"I won't ever, ever, ever hurt you, Kellin, believe me on that. You never have to worry about that. I don't want you to think about Jack anymore, okay? We're going to have the time of our lives this weekend, i'm going to take you everywhere, and we're going to have so much fun, okay? Don't think about Jack, he isn't important. What's important is that you're okay now, and that you trust me." I say gently, and he nods, collapsing into my arms and hugging me tightly.

"Thank you, Vic."

"Of course, Kellin."
