Graces POV
Did I give Jacob a good hint? Agh I don't know. Hopefully he doesn't find out! Wait... why did I give him a hint anyway?! He probably would have given me my phone back anyways. Agh, I'm so stupid sometimes. Jacob and I continue to talk for a while, and it felt really good. It wasn't like awkward talk, but it just was like getting to know each other.

"Hold on!" He says. He runs off, leaving me by myself. Ugh, I swear if he ditches me I'm gonna kill a bitch. I go on my phone for a few minuets while I wait. I see I got a few texts from Aubree.

Aubree: How is it going?
Aubree: Hello?
Aubree: Grace?!
Aubree: Are you guys making baby's and that's why your not responding?!
Aubree: I was joking about the last one😂 but seriously where are you?!

I decide to reply to her because she sounded kinda desperate for me to text back.

Me: I'm here! First of all, ew no! Second of all, we were talking. Ttyl

Hopefully she'll stop texting me so I can spend time with Jacob with being annoyed by her messages. Jacob comes back with something really big in his hands. At first I couldn't tell what it was, but as he comes closer I can see that it's a blanket. Omg why did he bring a blanket?

"Why did you bring a blanket?" I ask as I jump out of the tree.

"Just watch." He says. He lays the blanket out and sits down. He pats the seat next to him and I see his cheeks are rosy. I come over by him and sit down.

"We should talk." He says. Oh god... where is this going?

"About what?" I ask.

"I don't know. About life. We can get to know each other and stuff." He says. I feel a weight lifted off my shoulder cause I though he was going to say something like we can't be friends anymore or something.

"Oh. Ok!" I say. He looks at me and I feel my cheeks get hot. This should be fun.

I look up at the stars and they're just beautiful.

"Did you find anymore constellations?" I ask.

"No. I barely know what any of them look like!" Jacob says, laughing. I look at my phone and see it's already 10:00 pm. We have school tomorrow but oh well. Jacob and I have been out here for like six hours and it's been a great six hours.

"I should probably go home and get to bed" I say as I look over at him. His smiling face turns into a disappointing frown.

"But why?" He asks. I stand up and he pulls me back down. I land on my butt and we both start laughing until our stomachs hurt.

"Because it's already 10:00 and tomorrow is a school night!" I say.

"We could go back to my house?" He says.

"And do what?" I ask. Oh god if he wants to have sex with me then no way.

"Just watch movies and stuff." He says and smiles.

"Ok!" I say. We walk back to his house and once we get there we go in his room.

"Do you need like clothes to borrow or something?" He asks, and I giggle.

"Well I don't really wanna sleep in these!" I say, pointing to my jeans.

"Oh ok." He says, laughing. He gets me some gray sweat pants and a sweatshirt that says "Sartorius 7" on the back of it. I go into his bathroom and put the clothes on. They were so comfy and the smelt like him... I put my hair in a messy bun and walk out of the bathroom. Jacob was already in his pajamas and he was in his bed, scrolling through netflix.

"Is there anything you wanna watch?" He asks me.

"Um I don't care." I say. I was super tired so it wasn't like I was going to watch the movie. He put on some movie that I have never watched before, and I go into his bed. It was really awkward because I never thought I would be sleeping in a guys bed until I was having sex with them... anyway, I lay down and I could barely keep my eyes open. I lay my head on his shoulder and close my eyes.

"Goodnight beautiful." I hear Jacob whisper.

"I wish I could call her mine..." I hear Jacob say under his breath. Wait... did I really just hear that?!
