Thump, thump, thump.

Every pulse that spasmed through your head felt as if someone was taking your head and pounding it against the pavement. Instead of pavement though, you just assumed someone was throwing your head against a wall in the never ending darkness. You knew that your eyes were wide open, you even closed them tightly a couple of times just to reopen them to make sure that the darkness wasn't a figment of your imagination.

What were you doing before this, why were you currently looking into an endless abyss with a pounding headache.

Sitting there, or standing, you came to a realization that you couldn't remember what the hell you had been doing before. Every time that you would find yourself thinking back to what you were doing before, or anything from earlier in your life there was a terrible banging against your head.

As if someone didn't want you to remember.

There was a warm feeling that encased your hand, it burned so much that you flinched away, bringing your hand to your chest and held it close.

A sound shattered the silence in the darkness, but it wasn't clear or was it a voice that you could recognize. The voice was muffled, as if a pillow was being held over face of the voice and you were underwater. There was a new emotion of fear brewing inside of your chest, getting tighter and tighter until it felt as if you weren't able to breathe anymore.

Warmth began to explode in different areas of your body, you weren't paying attention to how freezing cold you were, all you wanted to do was get away from the warmth. It was burning, it hurt.

Light rushed into your vision, your hands were pushing arms away, fighting with beings in white coats and dress clothes. The sound of a high pitched beeping in the background only furthered your need to remove all these hands from your body. Two hands on each side of your grabbed your shoulders and attempted to place you back down.

You fought though, you didn't want to go back to the darkness. The light hurt, but you didn't want to be in the dark where you were alone.

"Fryd yna oui tuehk?!"

The motion of pushing stopped dead in their tracks, you couldn't help but continue to move away from them. The voice was different, far beyond a language that you felt accustomed to. It was easy though to see who had said it, the tall blonde woman who walked in, her skin was dark from the sun and her green eyes stood out. Blonde hair long, some being put into small braids with charms hanging from them. A blue bandana was used to keep a lot of it out of her face.

You hid behind her, holding yourself afraid to touch anyone else because they were too hot, burning. Your eyes were frantic, you took in your appearance of soaked clothing and your [colour] hair clung to your face in a dark wet state. Teeth chattered that caught the attention of the blonde woman who turned around and gasped.

"[Name]! Your lips are blue!"

You stared wide eyed into her green orbs, there was a spiral design in both of them. Sucking in a breath of air, it felt like it was the first time that you could breathe. You asked the question, "Whose [Name]?"

-----

Eventually you gave into the people in the white lab coats, putting on a hospital dress and out of the soaking wet clothing. You weren't sure where they had put the clothes, you weren't sure why you felt attached to the articles.

The blonde woman stayed by your side the entire way, every so often she was slip back into the language that you first heard her talk in. But whenever her phone would ring, then she would easily begin talking in it again.
