The Last Kobayashi (a naruto fanfic)

Eight

"Alright why don't you introduce yourselves, one at a time." Kakashi-sensei suggested lazily.

"Introduce ourselves? Well, what're we supposed to say?" Sakura asked, Naruto excitedly nodding in agreement. Kakashi-sensei put out his arms in a shrugging manner.

"Things you like, things you hate, dreams for the future, hobbies." He stated before crossing his arms again, "Things like that."

"Why don't you tell us stuff first, I mean before we talk, tell us about you so we can see how it's supposed to work." Naruto said looking up at kakashi-sensei. Who just pointed at himself.

"Me? I'm Kakashi Hatake. Things I like and things I hate, I don't feel like telling you that" Naruto and Sakura both perked up curiously at that. "My dreams for the future? Never really thought about that. As for my hobbies, I have lots of hobbies." He ended, looking up as if in thought.

"That was totally useless, all he really told us was his name." Sakura mumbled out to Naruto, who nodded in agreement.

"Ok, your turn." Kakashi-sensei said lazily "You on the right, you first."

Currently the seating arrangement went Tayuya, Naruto, me and Suki-chan, then Sakura, meaning Tayuya was up first.

"I'm Tayuya Kommichi. I like food, I hate jerks like the Uchiha over there, My dream.. To be the best ninja alive, and my hobbies are climbing and reading." Nii-chan mumbled out after a second of thought. Kakashi-sensei just nodded to Naruto to begin next.

"Believe it. I'm Naruto Uzumaki. I like instant ramen in a cup and I really like the ramen that Iruka-sensei got me at the Ichiraku noodle shop. But, I hate the three minutes you have to wait after you pour the water in the ramen cup. My hobby is eating different kinds of ramen and comparing them and my future dream is to become the greatest hokage! Then the whole village will stop disrespecting me and start treating me like i'm somebody, somebody important." The entire time Naruto was playing with his headband, but toward the end kakashi-sensei's eyes widened before going back to normal. Next was Sakura, to sum up her speech, It was all about Suki-chan.

"You have a stalker Suki-chan" I mumbled looking up at him and he just hnned. His speech was about taking revenge on Ita-kun... Last but not least was me.

"And you, the one with Sasuke." Sensei asked suspiciously.

"Me?" I asked shyly, to which he nodded. Soon everyone's eyes were on me and I hid behind my hands.

"My name is Akari Kobayashi. My likes are Sweets, tea, Suki-chan and Ita-kun... Oh! And Nii-chan. My dislikes... meat and sleep. My dream for the future? To help those in need. My hobbies are drawing singing and reading." I finished quickly. I felt Suki-chan stiffen when I said ita-kun. I was pulled from my thoughts when Sensei started talking.

"good , you are each unique and you have your own ideas. We'll have our first mission tomorrow." Kakashi said. There was talking after that but, I had already gotten up and left. I knew from kakashi's file that it was a mission on teamwork and that those four would fail no matter how hard I tried, so i went to talk to the hokage. After talking to the hokage I went and found kakashi to give him the note saying I couldn't participate.

"Why can you not participate?" He asked suspicion lacing his every word.

"It would be unfair." I replied curtly.

"Why?" He questioned.

"Because I was in the akatsuki, so I would have an advantage there, and also I know the test is about teamwork, which Team seven and my brother will most definitely fail." He seemed taken aback.

"Why do you say that?" He demanded, as if believing they would succeed.

"Sasuke thinks others drag him down, Naruto wants to prove he can do things by himself, Sakura is too infatuated with sasuke to bother with anyone else and Tayuya dislikes sasuke and sakura, and thinks naruto would be too much of a pain to work with." I sighed, that was a mouth full.

"When were you in the akatsuki?" Kakashi asked, on edge.

"The past couple years. Don't worry, I don't bite. The hokage knows and everything." I mumbled, waving a hand carelessly before poofing away back to Sasuke's house to start dinner. After eating, Sasuke went to bed and I went to get some new clothes so that I wasn't constantly stealing Suki-chan's.
