PHOEBE's POV

Napabalikwas ako ng marinig ko ang tinig nayun. Nasan na nga ba ako?

I was in a middle of nowhere, yun ang nasisigurado. Is this another dream? Because right now everything seems so real. Mula sa kalayuan may nakita akong malaking sunog, out of instinct I ran towards it. Marami akong taong nakabangga, most of them were crying from terror. Agad akong lumapit sa gitna ng pagkakagulo then I saw a female figure, Hindi ko masyadong mawari kung sino sya, All i know is that she's cover with dirt, even her hair is covered with dirt.

Not far from where she's standing I saw my friends, the Legeins.

Horror.

Yun ang unang rumehistro skin. I was filled with horror seeing them like that. And then I heard her again,

You have to choose dear, your life as an accursed descendant or their's that had done nothing wrong but to protect you.

NO!

Oh yes dear, In time you will know.

I ran towards them before i fell into a pit of darkness.

I opened my eyes and I was filled with sweat. That was a horrible dream.

"Vanne, are you okay?" Tanong ni Kai na mukhang dinumog ng kung ano. Tiningnan ko ang iba at mukhang pagod silang lahat then nakita ko si Tristan na dumudugo ang kanang braso. Kumunot ang noo ko and then I noticed them looking at my hands.

Agad naman akong napatingin doon, and there I saw my bow and on the other hand a butterfly knife. And then it hit me...

"Damn! I fell asleep didn't I? How long has it been?" I asked them. Kuya signaled me to sit down first.

"OMG I'm so sorry." I said again.

"Don't worry we understand. Terrible dream?" Kuya asked me. Damn sana hindi niya na pinaalala pa. Sa lahat ng panaginip ko isa yun sa mga dapat ibaon sa limot.

Who am I kidding? I'm not good in forgetting. This sucks.

"Phoebe tell us what happened." Sabi ni Kai habang papalapit sa akin yung iba nagsimula naring makinig sa pag-uusap. Oo nga naman sinong hindi magtataka na ang taong tulog kayang pumatay. Oh geez, why do I always ended up in that situation.

"Phoebe."

"Huh? Oh yea..." sinabi ko sakanila kung anong nangyari sa panaginip ko except sa part na sila yung mamamatay, I told them that it was the villagers and I've kindda mixed up what the female dirt had said. I won't let them know, dalawang panaginip na ang nakita kong may namamatay, The first one was him and then the second them.

Kind of think of it, I've got confused of that she told me of being cursed. Somehow, I've got confused of who I really am. I mean why am I the only girl in this group, and what's up with this crazy dreams.

"You have to prepare yourself we'll be leaving in an hour. Today's the 21st, we don't wanna miss time to figure out who we really are first. And something tells me, it'll happen to day." Sabi naman ni Tristan habang ginagamot ni Marco ang kanyang sugat.

I just rolled my eyes at him and started preparing for the trip. I'll just know the details on the way. It's almost sunrise so we better leave early.

Pumunta ako sa locker room kasi nandun yung mga gamit kong dadalhin even the weapons and clothes to wear. Mabuti nalang at may stock ajong gamit dito sa school, something tells me na mula nung nawalan ako ng malay hindi pa umuuwi ang iba sa bahay nila, namely kuya and Kai. After getting my things pumunta nko sa locker room ng mga athletes, may CR kasi dun na pwedeng paliguan and thankfully wala pang mga athletes na nandun. Agad akong naligo at nagbihis, I wore my laced tank top and my silk skinny jeans and suede Panama wedge sneakers. After that I fixed my hair in a messy bun (which I found difficult because of the length of my hair) and remove my contact lenses, it'll be much better to have a clearer vision. I applied dark make up and maroon-colored lipstick. When everything's set up, I wore my single-buttoned breast trench coat and walked back to the rooftop.
