I was just stepping out of the shower when Damon shouted both myself and Stefan downstairs sounding like it was urgent. "Let me get dressed" I shouted as I walked into my closet so I could get some clothes on, whatever it was could wait, it was no doubt an Elena problem, it's always an Elena problem in some sort of way.

After getting ready I made my way downstairs, grabbing a vial of vervain on my way as I went down to the basement to grab myself a bloodbag and a glass before walking into the library where Damon, Stefan and a shook up Caroline was waiting. "What's up with blondie?" I asked looking at my 2 brothers, walking over to sit down, pouring the blood into a glass, adding the vervain to it, I needed to build up a tolerance for it.

"Go ahead, tell them" Damon told her before looking at a confused Stefan and myself. "You're gonna love this" I raised my eyebrows looking over at Caroline who took a breath. "I saw Katherine today" She started. "Where?" Stefan asked her.

"At the grill, I just stopped by to gawk and quasi-stalk Matt" She started before going on to tell us how he noticed her asking her if she needed a table, but she used the excuse as to needing the toilet. I rolled my eyes as I had a drink of the blood, only to hunch over having a coughing fit. "God damn vervain" I mumbled as I looked back up only to realise Caroline was still talking. "Enough with teen drama" I groaned.

"So I had to pretend to use the bathroom even though I didn't really have to go because I'm a doofus... I was washing my hands when she came in, I acted as if I thought it was Elena before trying to make a quick escape but she stopped me" She looked at me and Stefan. "She asked me to deliver a message"

I raised my eyebrows wanting to know what the message was. "Which was, what?" She looked over at me, the glass of blood still in her hand. "Tell the Salvatore's I want the moonstone or I will rip this town apart until it rains blood, tonight at the masquerade ball" She quoted.

"She wants to do it in public, what you both did to Mason threw her off guard" Stefan spoke crossing his arms over his chest. "She's running scared, what she did to Jenna was desperate, she's out of tricks" Damon added. "I say we go to this masquerade ball and kill the conniving bitch once and for all" I added putting the glass to my lips having another drink, having another little cough because of the vervain.

"Can't we just give her the moonstone so she'll leave?" Caroline asked looking at the 3 of us. "No, Katherine getting nothing apart from her spine ripped out and shoved down her throat" I told her, Katherine was getting nothing from us, hasn't she got enough already?

"You're not gonna kill her" I snapped my head towards Stefan raising my eyebrow, challenging him. "Don't give us any of that goody, goody crap" Damon spoke rolling his eyes. "Neither of you are killing her, because I am" Stefan smiled making me chuckle knowing he'd back out of it sooner or later. "We do it together" Damon smirked.

Stefan had Jeremy, Bonnie and Alaric come around to the boarding house so we could come up with a plan to finally end Katherine's petty life, Alaric brought his hunting weapons which we were gonna use, well I was just gonna rip her heart out, but they all thought we needed weapons to be on the safe side.

The plan was to have Bonnie isolate the bitch in a room at the Lockwood's home so no prying humans would see the shit go down, we didn't need to cause a scene. "Are you sure you guys don't want me there tonight?" Ric asked as we stood around the large table where his weapons were scattered about. "No, I need you to stay with Elena, I don't want her to know about this" Stefan told him making me roll my eyes, of course, Elena.

"Okay, well I'll make sure she doesn't leave my sight" Ric nodded. "If anyone wants to back out, now's the time" I looked at the group, particularly Stefan and Damon, I had a feeling they wouldn't go through with it, they loved her at one point, and no matter how much Stefan denies it, he still loves her, he's dating her doppelgänger for crying out loud, if that isn't proof that he still loves her I don't know what is.
