Dan is lost. He doesn't know where to turn and all he wants in life is Phil.
Dark forces are at play though and it seems once again Dan will have to go through a struggle to get his Phil back in his arms.

Phil's POV I kept as close as I possibly could to Dan. I didn't want to leave him again. He looked to Dark. "I don't trust any one but Phil." "Then why didn't Phil come get you when he first awakened." "Dan, its because I couldn't find you. Anti was helping me." "Anti, was helping you my ass." Dark growled as Dan looked to the ground in confusion. "Come on Dan you know who to trust." Dark said walking over to us. He reached out hand in front of Dan's face. "I've helped you this far." He growled as Dan's arm shook as it slowly raised up away from him. I looked to Dan and his face looked pained. "Stop it!" I screamed at Dark pulling Dan away from him. "Please you're only making this harder for the both of us." Dark said and I felt arms picking me up and pulling me away from Dan. "Dan!" I called out as I fought to go back to him. "You will be apart of my army." Dark growled trailing a finger under his chin and forcing him to look up. "You never loved, Phil." "No!" "You never cared about any one or anything." Dark growled looking to me with an evil smirk. "Dan, Don't listen to him!" "You are completely under my command." Dark finished and something about Dan changed. He seemed....Dark.

"Phil, run!" Anti screamed at me from some where near by. I tore away from who ever had my grip and ran like a mad man. I could practically feel his eyes searching in the direction I ran. Can't hide forever, Philip. I was gonna die. By the hands of my mate. Great and to think I was revived for this.
Dark's POV Finally. It was going according to plan. Dan under my control and Phil and Anti on the run, nothing is going to stop me. I went to Dan and I set a hand on his shoulder. He looked to me like I was his life line. "Dan, Phil has to be killed." He smirked evilly, "follow them, PJ you too. Bring in the strongest of couples if you find any on the way." I said and they both nodded heading off in opposite directions. "Once and for all, all of this bull shit about love will be crushed." "Dark, you know that won't work." Anti's voice echoed as he appeared from behind a tree. "You," I growled as we began to circle each other. "Ya me," he muttered as we circled, "the guy who gave you his heart with out a second thought in the world." "Stop that," "The one who put everything out on the line for you. To fall in love with you, I remember our first date. The way you held me so close-" "I said shut up!" "The way you lips felt so smooth and perfect against my own." "If you say one more word-" "What will you do? Touch me? We both knows that means going back to purgatory." "Get out of here Anti. Go build your army. I have one of my own to build." I said turning away from him and taking a deep breath. "You'll only drink my blood, nobody else's just mine. Just like you are only mine, and I'm only yours." He said echoing me from when we were alive and still... Happy. He was just recently turned into a hybrid... He's using this against you, Dark. "You can't fool me with these games Anti, I will destroy every bit of love I can find. And once I'm done....I'm going to kill you." I growled and started on my way. The tension in the air was so thick you could cut it with a knife. "You're only delaying the enviable Dark!" Anti shouted at me but I didn't change my course or even move differently than before. His words should mean nothing to me until I complete my mission.
Phil's POV I ran as hard as my legs would let me. I raced in between trees and snaked my way in an out of open areas. I can't believe this. I can't believe it... After all Dan and I have been through now he's trying to kill me. All those times we spent together. Vlogging about our ordinary lives, dancing slowly together after the book tour when we got back home to help me relax. Curling up next to him when we were both newly turned. Him learning about being an Elemental and coming to his rescue when those filthy hunters took him. Fight along side him against Felix.... Dying for him. My breath became rapid and quick short breaths followed. I shook my head and held it tightly between my fingers. Calm down. "Stop it, stop thinking like that Phil." I said and I looked around. My breath only continued to quicken. I remembered dying. The pain, the shock, the anger, the hurt, the hate for Mariza, missing Dan. Everything seemed to be spinning. "Phil-" the voice was cut off as I fell to the ground and everything went black.
Dan's POV His body collapsed to the ground and I quickly raced to him. Don't help him. Help him. The voices fought in my head until I finally sat down and looked at him. I only knew I had to hate him. I don't remember why. Phil is it? He had very dark raven hair and very pale skin, even for a hybrid. "Aren't you odd," I said aloud to only my self as I looked him over. Hating every feature and yet at the same time not understanding why I hated him so much. What did he ever do to me? I reached out my hand to touch him. "Beautiful," a rough voice called out, "you don't remember him." The voice seemed familiar in a way as a figure stepped out from behind a tree. "Have we met before?" "Many times, yes.... Perhaps you need a name to trigger you memory considering Dark seems to have wiped your memories." He said and I looked at him as he stepped out into the moon light, "Hello Dan, I'm Connor." Instantly I was hit with a wave of memories all containing this Connor and some blurred figure on occasion... Well many occasions including some recently. "And who is he?" I asked pointing to the dark haired man I was sent to kill. "That is Phil.... I won't explain who he is, he can do it himself when you're not trying to kill him. Don't think to hard about him Dark has wiped him from every memory and will soon do the same to the rest of the people you know." "Why are you telling me all this. Dark wouldn't betray me. I can get the truth from Dark." He laughed and shook his head. "Dark is making you kill the only person you truly love, Dan." He said walking over and putting an arm around the body of the person I now knew as Phil. "I don't understand." "I wouldn't expect you too."
~Daniels gone Dark and hope for the Light side seems to be fading. Will Anti really be able to beat Dark in the race to save or destroy love? Find out Next time in The Elemental!
