Ch.14: Training

Dan's POV
"You are a worthless piece of shit." Dark growled and I threw more fire at him.
"I've seen men twice as good as you, this is pathetic. You should have never been an elemental."
"Shut up!" I screamed as the winds picked up and he had a hard time standing.
"PJ could do better than this in his sleep!"
"PJ," I shouted, "Isn't," I threw a fire ball, "A Fucking," I raised the earth, "Elemental!" I screamed as Dark fell to the ground, singed. He groaned in pain and began to laugh.
"You're getting better Daniel."
"Fuck you Dark," I said and he laughed some more sitting up. I was out of breath and breathing heavy. I was still really angry.
"You know you're so easy to manipulate." Dark said and I put water on him. He laughed some more.
"Shut up Dark," he laughed some more, and I looked down at the water it looked calming.
"You should go look for Phil again. I assume him and Anti have met up." He said and I sighed taking off my shirt.
"I'm going to cool off."
"If you're not back in a minute I'll make you come back."
"I'll stay down there for as long as I please." My body froze up at the edge of the lake's cliff and Dark walked in front of my face.
"Do as I say and this whole experience will be pleasant." He said and I couldn't even nod as he walked away. He finally released me from that paralyzingly feeling and I sighed shaking my head as I ran and dived into the waters below. It took a few seconds to get down there but when I did the water was freezing cold.

Phil's POV
Dan, it's all for Dan. I kept repeating to my self. The horn sounded and all at once objects and obstacles made my path impossible.
"Alright Phil, pretend it's you and Dan." Connor sounded from the intercom. He was observing me along with a whole team of scientists.
"This isn't like Dan's attacks," I said looking at the swinging row of axes near the end.
"Look just clear the course and we will work from there." Connor said and I shook my head as I broke into a run to avoid darts shooting from the walls. I was blind sided by a bigger guy than my self and became frustrated. So much for man made attacks. I got up quickly and grabbed the guy throwing him back towards the arrows. I slowed my pace as I hopped from pole to pole trying to balance my self and not fall to the black foam pit. It became more difficult when they had things launched at me. I did my best to avoid them before reaching the other side of the pit. I gained my balance before the floor began to more up, down, back, forth, almost in every direction it seemed. I took a deep breath before navigating my way through the mess in one piece. Then came the axes. Swinging fast and hardly any time in between I began to count. 1..2.. Swing...1...2...Swing.1.2.Swing..1..2..Swing. I ran hard and past and barely made it to the other side for the axes were released and swung in my direction. I landed on the other side out of breath.
"Good job, Phil!" I heard Connor say over the intercom and I sighed.
"This is ridiculous why don't I just find Dan?"
"Because he will kill you if you find him."
"Connor-"
"Wait a second Phil," he said and silence followed. A ringing silence. A door in front of me opened and Connor appeared from behind the door with Troye following close behind.
"They think it's not a terrible idea. Trick is though, we need to get him back here. A controlled area." Connor said helping me up.
"Yeah, but we have no idea where Dan is so we have to some how get him close enough and contain him before you can fight him." Troye said as he crossed one arm over his chest and used the other to punch the bridge of his nose.
"I disagree," Anti said coming up from behind the both of them, "it'd be easier to just send Phil out to fight Dan. Dark is having Dan look for and kill Phil. Since Dark won't be right there Phil may have a chance if he can some how get Dan's memories back."
"Well how do I do that?"
"Simple. Say things that meant everything to him when he was still him." He said this like it was easy to say to someone you love, who is trying to kill you.
"Alright... Look, I want to find Dan by my self. Can you distract Dark after I find him?" I asked and he smirked.
"I can do more than distract but for you, I'll do only that."
"Alright, you two should train it's a wonderful work out." I said sarcastically as me and Anti began to leave.

Dark's POV
I began to choke him as I held him against an oak by his neck.
"What do you mean Chris stopped you?!" I growled in PJ's face as he physically shook in fear.
"Something's changed, he's good and can make people love each other more." He said I was frustrated and tired of my simple actions not working.
"I'll do it my self then," I said throwing him to the ground.
"Go find Phil, bring him to Dan. So help me if you two can't kill him, I'll drag both of you to purgatory." I growled and he nodded swiftly, picking himself up he stumbled away from me. Heading off to find Phil. This was almost to easy.
"Dark..." A soft voice said and I smirked. He reeked of desire, and his voice sounded of desperation. I turned to find the hunter that once hunted me in life.
"Hello Jordan, can I help you?"
"Why the hell aren't you dead?"

~I really wish I could just get them together again already but you know. Plot and stuff. Any who, I wrote a whole chapter yesterday and another last night and I'm working on a new one today so hopefully I'll finish that tonight and start another. Next update will be tomorrow. Finally,
