Anti's POV
He walked away from me and I couldn't help but sigh as he went. I missed him. His lips against mine and his body against mine as if I was the air he had to breath to live. The way he made me feel.... It was all so different from what's happening now. This stupid curse makes me seem like I'm helping him, Phil is being chased down by Dan at this very moment to be killed and I have no other help other than Chris who is still mourning that his lover actually told him he hated him. I was alone and utterly at a loss since I knew I couldn't stop Dark as long as he had such a deep connection to Dan. I sighed and pulled at my hair frustratedly as some one laid a hand on my shoulder.
"Anti," a voice said from behind me. I turn to meet the gaze of Chris.
"Chris? What are you doing here? I thought you didn't want-"
"I want PJ away from Dark." He said, he seemed so weak. If hadn't been holding my shoulder so tightly I would have assumed the wind could break him.
"That's going to be a little harder now that Dark has full control of Dan." I said as he sat beside me.
"I'm going to help you." He said, and I looked at him. His features had lightened significantly, but there was still darkness in him.
"Alright if you're going to help I have so to something you may not like." I said and he scooted closer nodding.
"Anything," I sighed gently putting my thumbs under his eyes.
"This is going to hurt."
"A lot?" He asked and I nodded.
"Oh...joy." He said and I pressed down gently as light flooded his eyes. He pinched his arm very hard and held back a cry of pain. He didn't have to much darkness left so it made it less painful. Soon enough the process was over and an ash like residue remained on the forest floor.
"Where are we?" He asked looking around... Oh yeah, I forgot the side effects.
"We are in the middle of the woods. Dan has been taken control of by Dark, PJ is off trying to destroy the world's love, and the rest of them, hopefully, are back at the remains of the vampire headquarters."
"Pj..... I have to stop him." He said standing and walking well more like running towards what I would assume is the city I knew so well. I sighed softly, my heart ached for Dark.... Well not really Dark but Mark... I wish he was here and still gentle and happy, but no. He's just destroying love.
Connor's POV
Damn it Phil, why do you have to be so heavy?
"What do you mean you wouldn't expect me to understand?" I rolled my eyes.
"You've forgotten everything Dan. Can you even give me one true reason that you're going after Phil for," I asked him and he instantly responded.
"Dark told me too,"
"Any reason other than for Dark." He paused and he stayed silence slowly following me as I continued to haul Phil. I got tired of it and tried to think of a spell that would help me out here.
"Why can't I think of a reason?" He asked aloud probably more to him self than to me but I answered any ways.
"Because Dark wiped out your memories." I said and the spell came to mind. Casing quickly I soon had Phil off my shoulder and floating weightlessly beside me.
"Let me ask you this, why didn't you kill Phil just now?"
"I don't kill what won't fight back."
"And why is that?"
"I- Dark..... I'm not sure."
"It's in your memories Dan."
"I don't like your game."
"I don't like you trying to kill Phil."
"Touché," he said and continued to walk me for a ways before he stopped.
"It will be daylight soon." He said looking at the ever lighting sky above.
"This is true. You should probably get back to Dark."
"Can we talk again?" He asked me, and I shook my head.
"We can't I'm afraid. You're Dark now and you don't know anything about what I represent."
"Why does that keep us from talking?"
"Dark will ask you to make me join his side and I can't." I said and I turned to face him. He stopped, and looked around sighing.
"Now I kind of hate not having any memories except ones with you." He said and I nodded.
"Yeah but if you travel around a bit in these woods I'm sure you'll find some." I said and I grabbed Phil's arm.
"So now you're leaving?" He asked and I nodded, "I wish I could know more." He said and I smiled a little.
"You'll know what to do when the time comes Dan. Bye, and be careful."
"Bye," he said softly and I teleported to our new and improved base.Mariza now was in charge of the whole thing. It wasn't to horrible. The vampires, werewolves, witches, and wizards made everything a little more... Cramped.
"CONNOR!" Troye yelled running up and hugging me, "I was worried, Why in the hell wouldn't you tell me you were going out to find Phil!"
"I knew you wouldn't approve besides, I found him just in time because Dan has turned Dark just like Intel said and was going to kill Phil."
"Oh Jesus, why- Connor you can't trust intel!"
"They were right on this one!" I said and threw my hands up.
"Alright just because they are right one time doesn't mean they always will be. Now, why the hell is Phil unconscious?"
"I have no clue. I was going to ask him when he woke up."
"Oh joy, well let's take him to our quarters. Let him rest there until Anti comes back or we find Anti."
"Right," I said following Troye as people awed at the sight of Phil. Alive.
