Chapter 5: I Forgot About You

Uniqua ran to the door. Before she could see who was there. They had already pushed themselves into the house. It was Tyrone, of course.
"Aye wassup Uniquaaaaa.", said Tyrone in a smooth tone.
"Oh um. Hey Tyrone I didn't think you'd make it hehe.", Uniqua said politely.
"Aye no problem shawty Pablo my old homie throwing this party and shiii wouldn't miss it."
"Uh yeah... your voiced changed. A lot."
"Yah bruh my R.O.Ds hella tight they basically taught me everything and how to speak and shiii."
"Cool."
Tasha stared at the hot, muscled orange moose downstairs. She felt terror and embarrassment looking at how slick and cool he looked in his brown leather jacket. Tasha slowly walked down the stairs, which made Tyrone move his eyes to her.
"Aye Tasha! What's up?", Tyrone said casually.
"Oh-um... good!", Tasha replied casually.
Tasha's feelings for Tyrone were never expressed through their conversations. Tasha had always felt comfortable towards Tyrone regardless of the crush she had on him. Tasha hugged Tyrone and gave him a high five. Austin looked confused how Tasha acted around Tyrone, like nothing had changed. Austin walked towards Tyrone and gave him a firm handshake.
"What's good Austin.", Tyrone said.
"Doing good man, doing good." Austin replied.
Tasha became incredibly nervous seeing two boys she liked talking.
"Oh my goodness. How did my two good friends just become my 2 crushes?! Why can't I feel like I did when we were kids. Of course I liked Tyrone when we were kids, but now he's changed into someone I'm still attracted too... and Austin... oh boy he sure is cute and cool now... UGH Why can't this be easier?", Tasha thought to herself.
Austin looked at Tasha and gave her a small smile. After leading his eyes away from Tasha, Tyrone looked at her and gave her a quick wink. At this point Tasha was incredibly confused and a little embarrassed.
Tasha was about to start a coversation with the two boys, but Uniqua quickly spit out a conversation starter.
"Oh guys it's almost time for the party to start!", Uniqua said cheerfully.
